Was visiting from DC and this was the only place open in the early morning. Was traveling with 3 other people. We all got coffee and breakfast sandwiches. There was only one person working and out food got done surprisingly fast. He was very friendly and the coffee was great. Happy I went in and will definitely be back on my next trip!!!
Loved the feel of the place, was an excellent experience and the shop was nice. Coffee was coffee nothing ground breaking yet good
Walnut crunch is so good. Service was amazing. When visiting Liberty Bell a must stop in. Great coffee!

We loved your vegetarian pot stickers! Delicious food and friendly service!
Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Great upstairs space!
Great local coffee house. Much better than Starbucks.
Butter Pecan latte was amazing
Forget $tarbuck$ and DD! Best coffee around. Red Velvet is the best!! And the food is delicious with a great variety! Definitely recommended to all of my co-workers!
Beautiful coffee, lovely staff and an eclectic ambience
Awesome ambiance upstairs, gets great sunlight - good for studying with background noise - great for people watching outside Washington Square - yuzu drink was really good
Has WiFi, seating with outlets is limited but people move around so it's fine.
This is a great place in a pinch. The staff were willing to open a few minutes early and the Korean-American food was enjoyable.
Yuzu tea was really good! Not too sweet
Spicy tuna onigari $4 was a nice snack. You can taste the tuna and not just a bunch of rice
Red bean mochi $2.5 was soft and chewy. Would get again
Also got a cream cheese toasted onion bagel
There is a $.60 credit card fee
I may be wrong but I think it's a little pricy for a small coffee but the flavor is rich. Spicy pork bulgogi wasn't spicy but still tasty. They provide wifi and charging; a nice park view; we like the ambiance and would still love to go back again.
I’ve driven past this place and I never noticed it but I am so glad I stopped in! I had a kimchi onigiri, spicy tuna onigiri and a mochi. Everything was amazing highly recommend!
Came in on a Thursday evening and bought a warm misugaru with oat milk and a matcha roll cake. The misugaru absolutely hit the spot, so much nutty goodness and nostalgia factor (I'm Korean). They foamed the oat milk like they would a latte which definitely elevated the experience. Very cute ambience here with Christmas K-pop playing. I plan on coming back as often as possible!
Nice little breakfast spot. Small menu, blt and coffee were great. Nothing complicated, small coffee shop with some breakfast items on the menu.
Spicy & regular bulgogi sandwiches are so delicious, I scarfed it down within minutes. Spicy chicken onigiri on point. Couldn’t be happier :) friendly staff, fair prices, quality food & vibes
Needed a quick, cozy stop to eat lunch before class. I'll definitely be back! The chai tea was one of the best I've ever had, and the spicy bulgogi salad is amazing!! The staff are really pleasant too! I'll be back soon, for sure!
Great authentic coffee shop in Old City with a million dollar view into Historic Washington Square. The down stairs entrance reinforces the feel that you have discovered a hidden treat. You can’t go wrong with any of the coffee selections or try the ginger tea for a yummy change.
Clean & friendly. With a slight Korean flare. Take your beverage upstairs to relax or enjoy the view of the park across the street!

Really underrated cafe. I had always seen this place from taking the 47 years ago but never stopped by. Now I work close by so thought I’d stop in and was a really cute place. Wasn’t sure it was open since it’s almost basement entrance but they have plenty of seating and the barista was really nice and welcoming. Latte was great and bagel w/ egg& cheese was good.
Cozy study cafe with 2nd floor seating and delicious matcha, coffee, and sandwiches. (Also, love the R&B/soul music.)
Recommendations: Spicy bulgogi breakfast sando on a croissant and Vietnamese iced cappuccino
Cozy ambiance, great location, good price, kind staffs!
The drink was good as expected too.

Super fire. We couldn’t find a coffee shop anywhere and this popped up. Really nice mocha, latte was great and the egg and bagel was very tasty. I had a Korean breakfast sandwich that was great and different. Nice quiet dining room with free wifi. Thanks Walnut!
I loved their food and drink. But there is no sign for this place and you need to take the stairs to go under ground level. Everything else was great.
Came early on a Saturday morning and was greeted with a very friendly and upbeat staff! It was not too crowded and would be a great place to study or meet up with friends. Very casual and has a nice upper level with street views.
I stopped in here with my wife after a visit to Jewelers Row. Awesome little cafe. The staff was super friendly. We had two bagel sandwiches, which were very good. My Cafe Americano coffee was excellent too. They have a nice upstairs dining area and they'll even bring your food up to you when it's ready. Great little spot, I highly recommend you try it if you're in the area.
Employees were extremely polite and helpful. Food was also very good and they will bring it to you even if you choose to sit upstairs. Plenty of seating and relaxed/ quiet place to do work.
Really nice staff, good food and coffee, and really nice view of Washington Square.
