I just love Ricci brothers,best in Philly.I'm from Chester Pa. Home of the best hoagies. When I moved to Philly in 2009 it was hard finding a shop that made a good hoagie and than my partner turned me on to Ricci brothers and I been happy every since.

Great fresh rolls for the Hoagies and Italian take home bread too. Thinly cut fresh sliced lunch meats My friends who moved away (like Michael Radcliffe) tell me they really miss this place a lot. I'd miss it too!!
I haven't been in a while....that was my mother favorite place (rip mommie) but been meaning to go there...that hogie was soooooo good and everything was fresh and i was in and out no line....thinking bout running down south philly as i write this for another����

If you haven't had a Ricci's Bros. hoagie then you haven't had an authentic Philly hoagie. Hands down, by far, the best hoagie on the planet! My uncle started bringing me here as a kid and I've been going there for over 30+ years now.

Without a doubt, one of the best hoagies I've ever had! The fresh, soft roll perfectly complimented the array of delicious lunch meats and cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes! Add a bit of oil and oregano, and it's absolutely easy to see why Ricci's Hoagies has been in business for over 100 years!! Be sure to call ahead for quick service!
American Hoagie was bomb. Fast and friendly service. The Old Fashioned was good, but the blue cheese was a bit too salty for me.
Super delicious hoagies, good bread and tasty pickles. Lots of different options on the menu. Very generous portions and friendly staff. Card payment is accepted.

Delicious, affordable and authentic! I got the Italian and it was made right. There were a lot of upcharges, but we do live in inflationary times. The wait can be a little long and the employees are a little intimidating. Smile more, you are creating delicious food for the neighborhood, you are blessed! Also, please add prices to the concession items. Overall ok experience.
The BEST Italian Hoagie I’ve ever had.
The Old Italian hoagie really is the best in the city. I was shocked to see them slice the meats right there and put them straight on the fresh Italian roll (soft, fresh and chewy!). Everything was made with care, and the staff were very helpful explaining to me what the different sandwiches had in them and provided recommendations. I couldn’t believe how cheap the massive hoagie was too with all the premium meats. Just about $11! Give the Old Italian a try!

My brother-in-law who is very Italian said if I wanted an authentic Italian hoagie this was the place to go and he was right. I haven't had a real hoagie in 20 years because they just don't make them like they do in Philadelphia. Expect a line - it moves fast.
Reaches one of the best hogey places in the city service food. The lines go very quickly and the hokey's are delicious.
When ever I come home to Philly. I always stop in to get a hoagie. It has never change the service and the hoagies are outstanding. I stopped inthus Friday and got my hoagie. Itwas so good. I couldn't eat the whole thing. But when I ate the other half on Saturday afternoon. The hoagie tasted even better and still had it's freshness. I ❤️ Ricci's. I will always return there when ever I come home.
Been a fan favorite for a long time. Fresh quality ingredients and NOT a skimpy hoagie and they are always friendly! Go get one!
They don't disappoint. I typically get an Italian hoagie with sharp provolone. I've recommended them to several people over the past 10 years
If you want a true old school south philly italian hoagies.....its waiting at Ricci's!! All their hoagies are great. get there by early afternoon because they do close early which is too bad because I would definetely stop after work and get a chicken cutlet hoagie for dinner. Service is always good.
I see why there's always a line at this place! I get the simplest ingredients on my hoagie and it tasted AMAZING! I don't think I've had a hoagie this good in a long time. Sorry Wawa.
Great hoagie spot in South Philly. Bread is perfect. Classic Italian was portioned and tasted exactly how it should. Mortadella, salami, capicola all quality. Have your order ready when you go because they rush you through. Parking can be rough. Overall a very pleasant and tasty experience. I would stop by again.
Just stellar. Amazing staff and speedy production of delicious sandwiches. The bread and other ingredients are top notch! Had the Old Italian and it didn’t disappoint one bit!
