Abit of odd times as far as being open. They open at 6am so I had to wait 2 hrs outside the door before they opened. The old USO was 24hrs granted it was far out of the way in a random corner but it was convenient. Plus the food options were a bit better.

Great place to get a little peace and quiet if you have a bit of time at the PHL Airport. Very clean, and the staff of volunteers were very attentive. They had food, beverages, and great amenities. The recliners were comfortable if you are able to nap. Shower available if needed. Thanks USO!

So very nice to have this travel oasis available at such a stressful airport. Staff was curtious and friendly. Check in was the standard procedure...login and show your ID. Food, drinks and peace and quiet were available. Thanks to all the volunteers.

Best USO I have visited. We are here on Christmas Day and is the perfect place to relax and eat completely free!!!

The nearby hotel hooked us up woth huge chicken sandwich or vegetarian wrap options in these lunch grab bags. There's one volunteer there that is like bossy grandma, and I love her! She was making sure everyone was fed or took a snack and drink. She wasn't taking "No" for an answer. Sometimes us military folks need that, no matter our age or rank. The snack and drink choices were for more limited than other USOs I've been to, but lots of room to relax. Bring some cash for the USO donation box.

Convenient location within the "E" gates section of the airport.  Fantastic landing spot for current & former military veterans & their families traveling through Philly Int'l. Airport.  Also, there were some great military memorabilia displayed, e.g., coins, patches & name tags.  The volunteers were a big help.

Everything was great! I really appreciate the volunteers helping me and our veterans with the many services provided. I Just had one issue or concern with the receptionist. She, did not recognize and understand that PA. drivers license with veterans endowment (with the American flag). Nor, the VA-issued ID. She stated she never had seen them before. The only ID she was familiar with was my retirement ID. I recommend she gets some training. Thank you. R. Rios

Probably one of the nicest USO clubs I didn't. It's large. It has a very friendly staff of volunteers. There are big chairs of sleep in or tables to have a quick bite to eat before catching the flight

This is one of the best USOs I have been. I live in Philadelphia and utilize these services every time I fly. The bathrooms are clean, and a much better option than the public restrooms. I can step away from my bag without worrying about it(with in reason). The complimentary snacks make the trip here worth it alone. If you are in the service, definistop here.

This is by far the nicest USO of the Northeast, the kindest workers, cleanest facility, and great food. The amazing volunteers made my layover an absolute dream.

One of the best airport USO facilities I've ever been to. Period. Great staff, breakfast is good, plenty of Wawa coffee, so absolutely nothing to complain about. There is a bunk room there, but not open 24 x 7 yet; hopefully they'll be able to get a round-the-clock schedule going (I depart Philly frequently on early morning flights while on business trips, so it would be great to be able to arrive the night before, park my car and then rack out a bit before catching my plane).
