Great drinks and snacks. Casual, friendly atmosphere. Occasionally there have been situations with people loitering and doing underground business, however, the staff is getting much better at improving this situation. They have board games as well. My family enjoys spending a couple of hours here 1x a week or so.

Brian helped me pick out a beer to go with my Indian take out. Allagash Dubbel Ale and spicy lamb, a match made in heaven. Thanks Brian!!!

Love this place, it's close to home, clean and all the people as super nice. No beer snobbery here!

Lots of variety. Moderately priced. There is a seating area to relax and drink or eat. I am impressed overall with the amount of single beers available and not having to commit to a six pack.

I hate to do this, but the foodery has a taco place that is LEGIT! Hate too because if it becomes super busy......well.... Best tacos in the area. I ordered all classic tacos, with onion, cilantro and lime. Birria tacos with Consumme (sp) were amazing, totally worth the extra $. Shrimp tacos, excellent. Tres Leches: I loved it, kids were mixed. Al pastor: ridiculously good Flan: Nice soft caramel flavors, good consistency.

Amazing and plentiful beer selection, plus cool employees. the main guy is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. The place has a really cool and down to earth local charm about it. The only place I go to get my specialty beer, has good hours too

Amazing selection of beers! Also there’s a general store in the back with various odds and ends. A great neighborhood resource, and I’m sure we’ll be back regularly.

So many great selections for beer and also interesting options for non alcoholic beverages. The location is great, especially if you are already on the top of the hill, you don't have to travel up and down the hill to come here! The service is very friendly and helpful, this is such a convenient place!

The Foodery is a place that I stumbled upon in Manayunk. While they do offer food for purchase, I came here for their beer selection. If you like craft beer or a beer lover in general, then The Foodery is the place for you. Victory is one of my favorites and you can get it here along with craft beers outside if the Pennsylvania too. I wish they sold Tired Hands. Otherwise, I love this place and stop here every time I'm in the area.

The place was very clean and staff was pleasant! There was a wide variety of wine & spirits. My chicken sandwich was very good, but I felt that the menu could've been more specific about what kind of chicken I would receive. I expected a fried or grilled chicken breast on the sandwich but it was simply thick sliced deli meat. It was still good, but had the description been clearer I maybe would have ordered something else. That was really my only criticism, because it's a really nice place! Great for a group of friends because there's a good amount of chairs and tables to sit down and enjoy your meal.

Fantastic beer selection with great Mexican food. I had a birria burrito and it was delicious. Nice flavor and texture. Loaded with meat, rice and beans, with tasty salsa on the side.

The Foodery has a large, and I mean LARGE, selection of beers from everywhere. It's a wonderful place to meet friends and enjoy the craft of beer.

The Foodery has not offered food in quite some time thanks to COVID. That being said, they offer a spot to eat and chat should you bring food in from elsewhere. More importantly, their wide selection of beers has not been impacted by any supply chain issues. As such, its hard not to like The Foodery! If you are looking for a beer, they probably have it. You can shop by region or by type. You can buy by the single beer or cases in some cases (no punt intended). Grab a 6 pack to get a nice little discount. Enjoy there with friends or bring home.

They finally are serving food again and I am SO excited that it is Mexican food!! Ever since moving here from South Philly we have been sorely missing the plethora of authentic and delicious Mexican food and am ecstatic that we have somewhere in Roxborough to scratch that itch now. Go try it out, you won't regret it!!

Little expensive for regular beer acquisition. Wonderful selection of beers from all over. Love to stop in for something special.

The Mexican food is amazing! On par, if not better than Taco Taco of West Philly. The beer selection is great, tons of local breweries represented!

An awesome bottle shop with really friendly, knowledgeable staff. They have a truly legendary selection of beers, including some pretty hard-to-find ones. They also have board games, tables, glassware, and snacks. My wife and I have taken to coming over after work and having a few beers there and taking home a mixed six. I feel like we always run into someone we know, it's a real community spot. Shout out to Forrest, thanks for the recommendations!

Great selection of loose beers, multi-packs, and cases from all over the country and beyond. Build your own six-pack to take home, or grab a beer and a sandwich to enjoy in their warmly paneled seating area. I love the selection of unusual snacks and relaxed atmosphere. The only drawback is that their beer prices are a little higher than elsewhere in the city. The premium is worth it for people who appreciate the independent feel of this location.

Amazing selection of beers from across the globe. Sectioned and partitioned out in a nice, easy to navigate layout. Also has a clean, nice seating area to stop and have a brew or two. The Foodery also has some decent small eats and snacks. This is a consistent stop for me monthly.

Incredible beer selection in a series of huge refrigerators. Really good selection of deli sandwiches including creative options from the menu or create your own. Beer prices are high, the lowest craft beer starts around $2.75/bottle. Sandwiches are a little pricey as well. Pleasant seating area to sit and enjoy a beer and sandwich.
