Wonderful place to get BBQ Buns, BBQ crisps, and Chinese bakery goods. Of course, their specialty are the BBQ Buns and Crisps. They also have frozen steamed BBQ buns available as well, but you need to ask for them. Owner is friendly, and can communicate in English and Mandarin. Cash or credit card with small fee.
Store front is not large, and you may miss it if not paying attention. They also can do custom bakery if you call ahead of time.
Nice little Asian bakery, can’t go wrong with their pineapple buns that has various fillings from green beans, red beans, taros and other. Depending on the season and mid Autumn’s festival coming up!
This is my go to bakery and I’ve been coming here for years. The prices of everything has definitely gone up and it’s a lot more expensive then it used to be, but that can be said for all the other restaurants/shops.
The ladies working here are direct and will rush to take check you out. This is typical behavior of most Chinese bakeries I’ve been to, so don’t feel as if you are neglected.
My favorite items here are the roast pork buns, bahm mi, pineapple bun, egg tarts, and the hot sweetened milk tea
Tip: bring cash. There is a minimum charge to use a credit card.
Unassuming and quiet bakery in Chinatown that sells buns and breads for low prices. I got a pork bun, hot dog bun, and chicken pastry with coffee for $5.25. I honestly have never tried any of the cakes at the Chinese bakeries but the ones here looked very appealing.
Small cute place in Chinatown with different choices of pastries. With $10 I got 5-6 of cake, so yummy and flavorful. Good for fast food or snack asian style, or I can get Vietnamese Banh mi , coffee over too! I love them. Those staffs are friendly helpful and professional. Quick service and always smiling:) good spot for everyone I town and tourists! Be back there soon.
my fav bread store at Chinatown. loves their bread from Chicken Curry, Bbq pork, sausage, beef and chicken pie etc
Great prices and yummy pastries at this cute little bakery! I got a moon cake here and it was fantastic! My family and I also tried some of their sweet snacks.
We have been going to this bakery for three years and their cakes are amazing and reasonably priced. I also ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and just told them the cake should be chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. There was no design to choose but to our surprise the design of the cake was nice but the winning part was the cake! It was perfect as we like it. No high sugar, soft and yummy!
I ordered a coffee-buttercream cake for my wedding. It was beautiful and delicious. It was soft, not too sweet, and melted in my mouth.
Tasty Huge portioned Sweet buns. Delicious Vietnamese coffee and Iced coffee at affordable prices. In addition, they support the local Asian community by letting me post a missing person flyer without question....
Thank you for the hot coffee and great service. So many delicious baked goods here!
This was my 1st time at this bakery. The lady was so nice. I explained to her that my son had a project on Singapore and wanted to bring pandan cake to school. Not only did she show it to us, she showed us the pandan leaf and let us taste pandan cake and another yummy pandan dessert. We will definitely be back! The bakery was very clean as well.
Very good taro buns and the friendliest service. The prices are also fantastic, in keeping with local trends. My bun was good enough that I came back 20 minutes later for another and I was greeted with a smile and "Taro bun?"
Pretty good, pretty cheap. Open early. The counter-lady was friendly. There's a $5 card minimum, and $5 is a decent amount of food here.
7/5/17 The Pineapple Bun was AWESOME! As was the Orange Angel Food Cake. Still have to try Peanut Butter Bun and Hotdog in a Bun. Very nice place. Would visit again. Great prices.
