The French toast was delicious. So full of flavor. Not too crispy.. With the right amount of softness on the inside. Now the chicken and waffles, WOW! The waffles are so moist and soft, with the right amount of crispy and the chicken is moist full of flavor. 10/10. The atmosphere is amazing.
Went to brunch to specifically try the pickle burger and it didn’t disappoint! Also tried the pickletini and it was great as well! Brunch vibes and a nice aesthetic. I would definitely come back!
Brunch is a magical time.
The Cucumber Whiskey Smash, phenomenal. The Peach French toast, decadent. Our server Diana took excellent care of us, we WILL be coming back to try the rest of the drinks.
Amazing food, drinks and atmosphere!! Great service from Hannibal!! Love it here... breakfast and drinks this morning and will be back tomorrow!!
Loved the atmosphere and the food was delish! They had various drink & menu options, but my favorites had to be the Southern Fried Frog Legs, Empanadas & Street Corn. Definitely recommend, will be back again!
A really nice little place. This was our third time, though we hadn't been there since before the pandemic.
Luckily, the food was still great and there was a good selection of beers available. I had a nice New England IPA from Thin Man in New York this time around. Went well with a very tasty Crabcake Club Sandwich with a side Caesar Salad. I loved it. Thick cut bacon, nice tomatoes.
My son really enjoyed his Cubano sandwich with pulled pork, ham, and cheese. He raved about the mustard sauce on it. My wife's Buffalo Cauliflower Caesar Salad was also very good, though she thought it to be pretty spicy - I did not, though. YMMV.
We ate outside at a picnic table, though there was also deck and indoor seating available. A lot of staff working the place - very attentive. Perhaps not what you'd call a real value deal joint, but we found it well worth the cost. Three meals and one beer cost us around $55 total, pre-tip.
I highly recommend it.
Great vibes! Great food! but insane prices! 🙈🙌🏼The drinks are just okay and definitely not worth the price. I love how their customer service is amazing!!! The staff is very kind and welcoming.
Great food and quick service on a Sunday. We showed up just before brunch was over and they let us order off the regular menu. Elote street corn was awesome, Mexican theme mixed drinks were great, and the chicken cutlet sandwich hit the spot. Dog friendly deck.
I usually get the chicken & waffles . The chicken is so crispy and the bbq sauce is the best bbq I had in a long time. The fried Brussels were super delish as well … tasted like chips! :)
Vegan revue: kombucha great, not too vinegary or sweet. Wife loved cauliflower balls, I felt they were undercooked. The seitan wings reminded my of crispy beef tips and tasted excellent. The wings also had crispy brussel sprouts sprinkled in which is a great flavor combo! Wife had the Nashville mushrooms which she loved.
I had the seitan cheesesteak. It seems the sames pcs of seitan that are used for the wings are used for the sandwich only not crispy. I'm not a huge fan of chunks of seitan for a sandwich but with the mix of (sauce, grilled onions, cheese and seitan) the flavor profile was very good! But greasy. I'd go back anytime to try more dishes! I took one star off of food because of the grease.
I went there for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It was a little busy but not crowded. They have a few vegan options and I had the seitan wings (buffalo) and they were very good. One of the best I've had in the city. They top them with shaved, crispy brussels sprouts and give you a horseradish sauce, which is a really nice change of pace. My friend had the seitan wings with the sweet chili sauce which was also very good. The appetizer portion is very generous, definitely enough for one person to have as a meal. I had a side house salad which was mostly greens, but the vinaigrette was very good.
They also have a nice selection of draft and canned beers, as well as wines and cocktails.
A neighborhood staple, Cedar Point has excellent food and a great selection of beer and cocktails. Brunch is typically when it is busiest, but it's worth the wait as the offerings are killer. You can't really go wrong with anything on the menu as far as I'm concerned, and there is, for the most part, something for everyone regardless of diet/preference. Snag a seat on the patio (for entertaining people/intersection watching) and grab some delicious food. Then head across the street to Loco Pez for tacos.
I've been here more than two dozen times and never been disappointed. Great food, great service, good prices, good portions. There are a lot of great food options in Fishtown, but I think Cedar Point is the best kept secret.
The food at Cedar Point is phenomenal!!! I like that the outside is on a raised deck making it a good chill spot. The inside is quite dark and a far contrast to the outdoor. The food makes up for any kind of interior gloom!
Excellent beer selection. Food is really good with a number of vegetarian selections. Highly recommend the seitan wings and tempeh Reubens. Cool local corner bar
Really good food at an unassuming bar. The vibe is unique but familiar. A staple dish to have is the biscuit and jam. If you have vegitarians in your party they will definitely find delicious options on the menu. Even the drinks menu has something for everyone. We went for lunch and it was so worth it.
Their food was really good. We had the Cuban pork sandwich which I really enjoyed and the loaded pierogies. They were good too.
On our second time here we had the chicken cutlet sandwich that was excellent.
