Promo code didn’t register on my order and tried to do it over the phone, was told that they couldn’t apply it on their end. Got surprised with this a few days after Christmas, such nice people. 12/10 experience.
Very good. Had the SmokeShack combo. It was pretty quick and deliciously cooked. My only issue was the confusing self checkout machine. Just give me a human.

The workers here are so nice, I got the bacon cheese fries and chicken bites. Do expect to wait a bit though but it was worth the wait
Its Shake Shack, so there isn't anything out of the ordinary here. Burgers were good, fries were perfect, the cheese sauce is always satisfying!
My only issue was getting a shake. I love that there system can somehow predict how unhealthy I am and no matter what shake I tried to order, it wouldnt allow me to place the order on the system in store. I can order anything else, but when I checked out with a shake, it would error out my order... Yes, I could've just went to the register, but I took this as fate telling me to back off the damn calories…
First time having an order delivered. 4 milk shakes were delivered in a timely manner and surprisingly intact, cold and creamy on a day where the temperature is close to 90 degrees. Thanks Rich for the delivery and friendly and gracious demeanor! Will definitely do delivery again. We're slurping away... life is good!!
Shake Shack has grown quite a bit in Philadelphia. While I am usually on the other end of the city, closer to its University City location, I found myself on the other side of Broad street recently and ended up running in for a bite with my sister and her family.
This location is quite sizable. I love the quick order kiosks. I didn't know I could customize my usual order that much! Staff is friendly and available for questions. And once you get your food, there is plenty of space to sit down and eat without having to walk upstairs (sorry my UC friends, but walking upstairs with a tray of food is never fun - even if that location does make it easy).
The food offerings are the same across the city. If you don't know what Shake Shack brings to the table, well, check them out!
I've been to a quite a few Shake Shacks in NYC including the original one in Madison Square Park, around D.C., etc. Right away I got the same vibes from the atmosphere.
The self service kiosks are convenient to use. The quality of the Shack Burger is exactly as I expected! Sure no 2 ever looks the same and I know this is subjective but they all taste great!
I will be back when I'm in the area.
First time visiting with my Goddaughter didn't have to wait long for the food Having the kiosk was a smart move Not too crowded will be returning the next time I'm in the area for sure Prices are reasonable
If you're going to eat burgers, fries, and chicken sandwiches, this is the only place to be! The food tastes natural, fresh, and never disappoints. They also have vegan options and wine.
We ordered and paid at the kiosk and found a table to sit at. The place was moderately empty and lot of laughs from numerous tables. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. The fries were the thick fries but they were good with a soft crunch to them. The tenders were breaded to perfection lol. They were not salty and extremely juicey. My godmom had a burger that i she inhaled. So i guess the burger was also delicious lol.
Now let me tell you about their hibiscus lemonade. That thang be thanging lol.
I loved the presentation of the food. But the milkshake was a bit much on the sweet side for me. I wish they had an actual spicy sandwich. But the habernao mayo they use is okay as long as its spread along the entire bun because it's not. They have an option for no salt on the fries but it's pointless because the fries definitely come with salt. But omg the cheeseburger with the fried portobello mushroom on it is amazing. The nuggets were okay, at first I thought there were great but after 3 or so I was over them. The seating area is spacious and they had sanitizing wipes and things to clean but I wouldn't say it was that clean.
Not crowded, easy find seat. Not clean though
The area is very nice. Just beware there are wolf packs of kids that show up at any time of the day if so please get indoors as quick as possible they are a disgrace to the city.
