The food I saw was pretty much Chinese takeout, so I'm a little confused by the store name (although there was bourbon chicken), but names aside, the food was tasty, the steamed veggies still had a little crunch (as opposed to limp and drowning in sauce), the portion size was good, and the pricing was decent. I also appreciated that they let me try samples of the bourbon chicken and Kato chicken before making a choice. (Both were good, but I went with Kato this time.)
