The lamb is amazing! And SEASONED!!! The plantain is great! Always soft never dry. One thing I love about this place is that the food is consistently good! I never have to worry about getting spoiled or tasteless food.

A little hole-in-the-wall place, amazing food. Call an hour ahead because it takes them an hour to make the food but it’s some of the best African food I’ve ever had. I love the dibi with jollof rice and sweet plantains. The hour wait for the food is worth it!! The staff is very friendly

The food is simple but it’s delicious. Grilled lamb (Dibi) and grilled chicken are my favorite. The onion, green peppers and tomatoes go perfect with the meat. It counters the heat from the pepper sauce. Get attieke as your side. It is light and doesn’t weigh you down like rice. Plantains are usually sweet. One of the best secrets in SouthWest Philly. And order ahead because it’ll take about 40-50 minutes for the food to be ready. At least you know it’s freshly grilled!
