We loved the 60/70’s vibe. The food was excellent! We tried several of the tacos and a few sides. Wait staff was very attentive. Loved sitting on the patio.

No point in ever going any where else!! Best food, service and water misters!!
We went after Mass. Told there was a fifteen minute wait. Found the bar pretty empty. Decided to sit there. Good choice. Excellent service from bartender and very good margaritas.
Had a birthday lunch there today for my daughter. Awesome food and great service. Will definitely be back!!!

Morgan and Jacqueline (sp) were our bartenders and they were super nice and awesome! And Jack was the best dressed employee there because we were both literally wearing the same shirt. Great atmosphere and customer service!!!

Someone else described this as trendy and I would agree. It is a bit too noisy inside but the patio is lovely and our server, Anthony, was outstanding. I liked that you could get the burrito in a bowl instead of a wrap and that they had healthy choices. I also liked that one could have an 8 ox. "shorty" beer.
Great food. Amazing margaritas. LOVE their happy hour and the laidback atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite taco spots. Highly recommend coming during happy hour.

Hip tacos, a great casual open dining and bar area, really enjoyed the kicked up salsa and chips. I ordered the taco plate which comes with chicken, beef, and pork, avocado wedges, cabbage, rice and black beans. 4 street size tortillas also are included. The meat is tender, and had good flavor, and service was pleasant. Bar stools are comfortable, even for a long stay. A nice atmosphere especially for this time of year when you can enjoy patio dining.
Nice spot for a taco and beer. The grilled fish taco is really good. The carnitas was more of a shredded stewed pork than I am used to. Carne Asada could use more seasoning and was a bit burnt. Has a nice chipotle salsa and staff is very friendly but they are wearing regular clothes so you aren't quite sure who is working there. Good spot to grab some tacos and a few drinks, nice retro atmosphere

Another great spot on Central. This new little gem sits right in between Postino Central and Federal Pizza and belongs to their family along with Windsor and Churn across the street. While I still hold Postino in the #1 spot and Windsor #2, Joyride doesn't fall short. The taco's come a'la carte and you can mix and match. They have fresh squeezed juice you can enjoy with or without alcohol (who wouldn't want the alcohol?!). I was seated right away and as soon as my butt hit the chair I had water, chips, and delicious salsa in front of me. Our server, Jamie, was sweet and always on her game. I tried three different seafood tacos, ahi, shrimp, and baja fish . They were all three very nicely done, but the shrimp was definitely the best. I enjoyed the fresh squeezed strawberry juice with vodka. The decor was wonderful, very colorful and light. The concept has continued with their shared bathrooms theme. Down with women's and men's, I tell you!!
With all of this said, I must state that I am not a Mexican connoisseur. I rarely eat taco's or much Mexican at all. So, check it out and let me know what YOU think. But for my enjoyment...it was wonderful and I'd love to visit again.
Good Service, Great Flavors!. Located next to the other Upward Projects restaurants on Central, Joyride Taco House has a great ambiance to it. Maybe I'm used to taco stands in Mexico, but I found it interesting to be ordering tacos in such a nice sit down restaurant. I received good service and good recommendations on which tacos to try. The Standard Taco was pretty good. The Braised Beef Taco had a lot of flavor to it, but I loved the Shrimp Taco the best. People will probably complain about the prices as each taco is about $4. I had a good time and enjoyed my meal and service.
This is my new favorite place in the world. I love the food. The salsa is amazing, my absolute favorite and tastes of black beans and nacho cheese. The beast burrito is fantastic. The meat is insanely delicious, and the cilantro is zesty. Service and atmosphere were both great as well! Highly recommend

Joyride Tacos is tasty, with cute retro decor and an open airy space with a lovely patio. It was a nice day today to sit outside and eat tacos. I got 2 tacos and blood orange margarita, along with a side of street corn and my spouse got 3 tacos, side of pinto beans and an Arnold Palmer. Everyone was super friendly, inviting and attentive. We've come here a couple times but it's been awhile, it was a nice afternoon lunch.
Went for happy hour and it was amazing! The tacos are top notch as well as the drinks. I had a blood orange margarita, a prickly pear margarita as well as a joyride margarita. The blood orange margarita was my favorite as well as the fish tacos. The server, Sydney, was also amazing. She was very attentive and made my first time at joyride tacos a memorable experience. Deffinately coming back!!!
Taco Tuesday for the win! They have a great selection of tacos and the prices were great. The outdoor seating was surrounded by misters and looked inviting. We ended up sitting inside where the atmosphere was quite nice.
One of the Upward Projects restaurants, Joy Ride brings an awesome taco, among other great dishes. The queso is also incredible. Service is always on point, food quick to turnout. Super chill, modern spot witha great playlist for any occasion. This time around I had the carne asada and crispy fish tacos, so freaking good.
Loved our sever. We were in Arizona for the Renaissance World Tour!! And me and my wife love tacos so we tried out this placed based on the reviews and it did no disappoint AT ALL!! We will be visiting Arizona again becuase we feel in love and we will be coming back to Joyride. Thanks for showing these 2 southern girls a great time
Lunch here was amazing! Service was quick food was so good. Best crispy fish taco I've ever had. The traditional chicken taco was real good too. Prickly pear Margarita was strong they didn't skimp on tequila for sure. Our waitress Sydney was great all staff was friendly. So glad we stopped by. Happy hour saved us a few bucks too. Thank you for a great experience!
It was my first time here, and it was great!! Service was above and beyond. They were all smiling and happy. We barely sat in our chairs, and a nice young lady was serving us chips and salsa. Our server was consistently on point and attentive. Food was served promptly, and it was awesome! We both had the 3 Taco Plate. Chicken, Fish, and Shrimp. (They have other choices, too). All 3 were bursting with a melody of flavor. Clean fresh ingredients. We will be going back!! Thank you, Joyride!
First time there and it was delicious 😋 I had the standard tacos (chicken street tacos) the chicken was seasoned in their own special blend and was excellent. The prickly pear margarita was refreshing and the service was outstanding! Definitely will be back!
