All the appetizers were really good the chicken liver was a hefty portion and the lettuce salad was so simple but very tasty. Pasta tasted fresh and were flavors we’ve never tasted before. Everything is well done but simple and not too complex. Bartender was very nice and made me a mocktail.

Amazing meal start to finish. Top quality ingredients treated with care. All the dishes had subtle, balanced flavors, nothing overwhelming. We had the focaccia with whipped ricotta, gem lettuce salad, crispy gnocchi, asparagus, and pork chops. Started with an amuse of pickled strawberry with balsamic drizzle. Superb experience and we can't wait to go back.

Is perfect an option? Wowza. From greeting to 1st course..then second and third.. this is how to do a “Tour of Northern Italy.” The most surprising dish was how incredible the Rigatoni was. A surprise indeed, but the Cod stole the show.

The pasta was very good! Salad was fresh, reasonable price, great service. They were good at filling our water glasses, and good at change our plates to new clean plates after we finish the last course! It made me feel like they were always there to do thing to make us feel good eating there, gave us time to talk to friends, no interruption, no over talking/asking, just thoughtful action with great service. 👍 Chicken liver is a must-order, nicely seasoned and cooked. 👎The $62 Halibut was hmmm… very expensive for 2 pieces of fish that didn’t taste anything special or different than the fish you cook at home. It was a little over cooked, kinda plain flavor. Sorry to say but I don’t think it worths $62.

Great food, especially the pasta. Service was okay, plates weren’t changed out on a couple courses, water went dry a few times. Had the rigatoni and the chicken, both were amazing! Would return 4/5

We used to frequently visit their old location at Town & Country. This was our first visit to the new location. The food remains top notch and it was every bit as good as we remembered. We love the little gem salad, fresh pasta, and quality ingredients. We love everything about Tratto with one exception. The location is really weird for fine dining. It’s surrounded by used car lots, vacant buildings, and nothing nice. I don’t understand the rationale for the new location. We love the food but the location will prevent us from being regulars like the old days.

Great food! I decided to visit this place after enjoying pizza at Pizzeria Bianco, and I've to say that it lived up to the name of Bianco.

We went to Tratto after hearing about Chris Bianco's pasta concept for Pizzeria Bianco and we absolutely loved this place! Getting a reservation here was a bit difficult given its popularity, and we had to book 3 weeks out for a Thursday night 8 PM dinner reservation. The ambience inside is perfect for those wanting a vibrant yet intimate date night. For appetizers, we ordered the Farinata (an absolute must!) with fresh bread and olive oil. We spoke with the wine sommelier who recommended us a fantastic Italian red to pair with our selections. For entrees, we ordered their signature homemade pastas and got the Linguine with spicy pork sausage and off the menu pasta pomodoro which were both fantastic and fresh. One thing to remember is that they always change the menu and be sure to ask for off the menu pasta selections too in case you want more options. We also got the Grilled Piccolo chicken which was perfect to match with our pastas. Overall, this is our favorite Italian experience in downtown PHX and we will definitely be coming back again!

Excellent and lovely meal! Everything tasted so fresh and distinct. We sat at the bar, so we ordered lots of great drinks from the friendly and knowledgeable bartender. The olive oil ice cream was wild, weird, but oh so wonderful.

There's not much to say. It's amazing. We had Farinata (wow), salad, pasta I can't remember the name of, gnocchi with Bolognese, chicken, swordfish and a bunch of other things I can't remember right now. Everything was the best I've had. The server, Kristina, was a lot of fun with us too. Great way to celebrate our 35th anniversary. I recommend going with at least two other people so you can sample all the dishes. They're all served family style.

Went here for the first time with my boyfriend. Lovely architecture and relaxing environment. The servers were very polite. When we arrived they greeted us with plates of bread and oil. And on another plate was fresh peaches in oil and seasoning. I ordered the white wine Kerner. Very clean. We shared The meat and cheese Plate was delicious. I ordered the Crispy Gnocchi and shiitake mushrooms. And it hands down best gnocchi I’ve ever had. So soft and creamy. 5 stars in my book. I would come here again! Great date night and anniversary dates.

What a treat. The food is exceptional. We had a group of seven. The food served family style. Every plate was empty. The timing was perfect. The food hot. The fruits and vegetables are from local farms. The beef and chicken also locally raised. The preparation and presentation was worth the more than week we had to wait for a reservation. I look forward to enjoying another meal here again.

Wonderful Italian food. The little gem salad was a surprise hit. Such a simple but delicious salad. You have to get it. As well as at least one pasta dish. And the staff are friendly and helpful.
