The food was delicious!!!!!! Great place for first date or even your 221st date. Everyone is so nice. If you have room for dessert get the cheesecake. It was OMG delicious I started mine in the restaurant but was way to full to finish it had some before bed and I made myself save some for the next day. That's how good it was.
Everything was almost perfect. I know they were short staffed and all, and it was late in the night but it took too long to get drinks, appetizers, and our main course. But the food was delicious.
Food was great !! Atmosphere relaxing, service was less than par. We asked for a refill no less than 5 times before a young man, who wasn't our waiter, got it for us. I'm not sure if our waiter was new or just young, but he needs considerable more training. He was, however, a very kind young man.

11-28_23 The best place to eat a steak and a hamburger! The sides are hot, fresh, and delicious! A place to take the family.. Especially during "Lunch Specials!!" The burger has grilled mushrooms, onions and all condiments, and you get to pick a side, for less than $13.50. The meat is so fresh you will be hooked .** Management Fix The Front Door - it is not swinging open and so heavy!!! Revised: 10-4 Ordered the hamburger lunch special - was cooked to order and delicious!..... As stated in the lower part of this thread. The best burger in Az. The price is lower then going to any fast food drive-thru.Oh and the silverware was clean. 9-23 Cook is not worthy of the title "cook!" The ingredients are the best meat, bun, condiments, salads, and fries. The cook will/can not cook to order.
Meat had blood and raw, bun not grilled, and is tasteless. If the cook cared just a little, I would rate this one of the best burgers!!! Watch the silverware- food stuck on three separate settings. Female Manager stated, "she would talk to crew". But did not seem surprised of dirty silverware. Had to send the burger back twice and still was not cooked correctly! Will give it a chance again. Manager Major... please address the issue with your cook. You have the best ingredient and quality meat...just a cook that does not care, or may need additional training. Caution: when celebrating a birthday- the waitress will advise you I will bring you a bd dessert. But forgets to mention you will be charged! If I don't request a bd desert, and you offer it. I should not be charged.
Our waitress was funny kind and patient. The chef was super nice. The steak was well cooked-medium of course. Mac n cheese was amazing. Steak salad was a big hit. Potato, bread, other sides were good as well.
This location was terrific. The food came out hot and was exactly how we ordered it. The hostess was very nice and told us exactly how long the wait was. The waiter was excellent. He checked on us and made sure we got everything we needed. He even offered to switch something out of I didn't like it. Would definitely come back here again.
This is my very favorite date night restaurant with my husband. Moved from Mesa to Phoenix 3 years ago and this is our preferred longhorn. Always have had a friendly and attentive server. And food is bombalicious. My personal fave is the flo's fillet.
Service was a little slow, even for a Tuesday night. Food was good though. The steaks were cooked to order which was nice. And the burger was done perfectly. Everything had a nice, subtle seasoning to it.
We had a great experience last night. Our server was very professional and nice (wish we could remember her name, she was young with dark hair and glasses and we sat at the last table near the restrooms). She explained exactly how our food was going to be prepared, followed up with us throughout our meal and made sure our drinks were never low. Our steak and sides were extremely delicious and we got a chocolate cheesecake to share at the end. Great experience, great service and great food.
Amazing food and service. For all the additions on our food we added, I was amazed at how affordable it was. Food was great! If you can, get the parmesan crusted steak or chicken. Plus, Mac n cheese to die for! Service was great too. She made sure we were aware of any price increase for additions or substitutions. Some places forget to do that. We also got seated very fast. If we come back to this area again, I would definitely eat here again.
It was my 1st time visiting here in quite sometime. My wife and I had the outlaw ribeye and the chicken bites for an appetizer. All in all it was a really good meal the ribeye was seasoned and cooked beautifully. My only complaint was the Caesar salad had more of the middle of the leaves than it did the leafy parts. Also found a hair by my steak....I get it happens so I'm not like overly upset and I didn't bring it up to the waitress but it kinda kills the experience for sure. All that said you still can't take away from the quality. And the food came out pretty quickly. Would still recommend.
Went to Longhorn Steakhouse last night and man, was I impressed! The service was on point - our server was super friendly and knew their stuff. The food? Absolute fire. Those steaks melted in my mouth. Definitely heading back soon. If you're looking for some top-notch grub and great atmosphere, this is the spot."
Our server Donavon was so full of energy, personable, patient, and professional. It was such a delight to have him as our server. We had absolutely no issues with our complicated order that he took with a smile and great personality.
I haven't had the opportunity to be served by the other employees but they all seemed so friendly and helpful and professional.
The food was awesome!! Probably the best potato soup I've ever had at a restaurant.
This was a great experience. Our waiter was awesome, she even took our order and repeated it back to us without having to write it down. That was very impressive to me. She challenged my friend on his steak not to add A1 sauce to her steak because he hadn’t tried it yet, that was too funny. She still brought out the sauce and said how was the steak and he said your right it really doesn’t need sauce. She said he was creating an old country buffet steak. After ask that again it was a really great experience. The food was AMAZING! I’m sorry i can’t remember our waiters name but she was so awesome. Sweet soft voice and a memory that blew my mind. We’ve already planned to come back again.
We had NY strip steak, salmon, and chicken strips. To my relief, the chicken strips were beautiful and homemade with fresh chicken not frozen. All three meals were great and our waitress was fun, Plus she knew the menu by heart.
This was my very 1st time to this restaurant. Very nice setting and very well decorated. Very nice comfortable feel to the place as well. Easy menu, and medium priced. Portions are big. Service is great. Very heavy dinner knives, so be prepared. Nice looking bar. Really enjoyed our time there. Kid friendly. Take available. Highly recommend.
Food was good but our waitress,Sandy, was even better! Our steaks were all cooked just like we asked and the stuffed mushrooms were really good as was the shrimp with peppers. The atmosphere was pleasant and the music wasn't blasting , which allowed us to actually relax and be able to enjoy each other's company.
