Absolutely wonderful! This place has its own charm from the dining area to the bathrooms! So cute! But the best part was the fabulous food! Our salads were so delicious and were the perfect thing for lunch on this warm day. Thanks for the great experience! 💯
I want eat like this everyday! This was my first time at a Flower Child and I loved it.
The food was delicious, and there was almost no wait.
My only gripe is that a lot of the tables were dirty, with crumbs and food bits. So it was hard to find seating that didn’t feel a little gross.
This didn’t take much away from the experience as the staff was sweet and the food was amazing.

One of the healthy restaurants where you will find everything delicious. I’m not a salad person, but this is one of the great, healthy restaurants I will eat at. I tried their Lemon Olive Oil Cake; it’s not worth it as it doesn’t taste as good as it should and is a cupcake.
We recently dined at Flower Child and had an absolutely fabulous experience! The food was delicious, with flavors that truly delighted our taste buds. My only wish is for them to bring back the Glow bowl – it's so amazingly delicious that I can't help but crave it. Overall, a wonderful dining experience that I highly recommend!
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would! This is some of the healthiest food I've tasted and I will be going back. You have the ability to customize your meal which I ordered the "Forbidden Rice" and added salmon to it. All I have to say is WOW! You definitely need to try this place and I will be coming back!

I absolutely LOVE this place. The food is amazing, I’m vegan and I really appreciate their vegan options. Mother Earth is my absolute favorite. Every part of this dish is flavorful and can stand on its own, but together they are a foodgasm that you must try! I recommend that if you do get the Mother Earth, you mix it all together, chop everything with your knife and use your fork and give it a good mix. 😉👍🏽
Very lovely restaurant in Uptown. They have vegan and non-vegan entrees. Try one of their wrap sandwiches-OUTSTANDING!

Good food and service. Excellent place to come if you and your friends have some type of food allergies/restrictions. The food is prepared with the foodie in mind so it tastes great and doesn't make you feel like you're missing anything. All the dishes have lots of flavor. Try the olive oil cake if you want a small indulgence.
I had the Mediterranean chicken kabob, it was delicious, however the chicken served was VERY fatty and tough.
Veggies were great, too much sauce.
There were absolutely no metal forks or spoons available until I asked, then they filled the bin, but the server didn't offer me any even though I asked her if there were any clean.
I don't like being asked to tip before I get served and this is why.
I may try again because maybe having a bad night.
Came here in between clients for a quick snack, last week. Had the avocado toast with soft boiled egg on top. It was very good. The young lady at the counter was very polite. I always have a positive experience whenever I go to a flower child restaurant. No matter where I am. Other businesses should take note at whatever they are doing.
My daughter is vegan and my girlfriend eats very health-conciously. I was surprised by how great the food, especially the steak bowl, was here! I'm definitely coming back and recommend.
Can’t say enough about how much I love Flower Child! My favorite place in AZ for healthier options. Their salmon, broccoli and Mac and cheese is such an amazing combo.
Recently I’ve been ordering large proteins and large sides to use as meal preps, and it’s been great! Stays fresh for 4-5 days and my fiancé and I got about 10 meals in total out of it.
10/10 every time.
Happy healthy bowls - great rice and veggie bowl selections and then have 4 choices of protein. Kid menu is great and something they would enjoy as well. Local beers, wine and the rosé lemonade is on point. Everything is just done right 👊🏼

Visited here three times on a recent trip to Phoenix. The food was so good. I’m vegetarian and there were several options. I went with collars on two occasions who were omnivorous and they loved the food too. Staff is friendly. Food is quick and tasty. Highly recommended.
Loved the vibe. They had so many options for both meat and plant lovers. Their chocolate chip cookie a must. I will definitely be back! 💚

The foods was excellent and the atmosphere is so cute! The employees were very sweet and helpful. I got a bowl with mushrooms that was excellent! The hummus with vegetables was amazing as well! The kale salad was just okay. My daughter wished she tried something different. I love the little water stands and swings all over the windows. It's a very happy place to be.
