*Update* I went back today and the broth was rich and had ample flavor. It’s just like I love. I also tried the strawberry boba, which was so much fun. I’m so glad I went back. How wonderful! I’m a die hard pho lover. I’ve been to different pho restaurants around the world (Singapore, Ireland, Japan, ironically not Vietnam). I love the Americanized version of pho and the absolute richness of the broth. There’s something unbelievably soothing about a great bowl of pho. The pho here was… good. The broth lacked some richness and I found myself adding more basil and sriracha than usual to try and spice it up, BUT it was still good. This is one of the better places I’ve tried and I bet if their broth was cooked a little longer it would be perfect. I do grow a bit tired of pho places not having fountain drinks or coming by after you get your food delivered. Nonetheless, absolutely worth a try here. I am happy and full. 😊

Love this stop-in! Great table service. However, I had a difficult time understanding the waiter. The food arrived in a timely manner. I do recommend the spring rolls & pineapple smoothie! The smoothie was not made with milk. The restaurant is located inside a shopping strip. There's lots of parking! Accessible parking & entrance.

Good viet place! The pho was pretty good-- not as fatty as I would've liked but that's absolutely personal preference. The beef flavor was very deep, broth is pretty light and clear and I could smell the broth the second I stepped into the restaurant. Very generous serving of tripe. Mango smoothie was absolutely very vietnamese-- chunks of fruit, condensed milk sweetness, pretty icy, boba didn't freeze at the bottom. Heard the blender whirring shortly after I ordered so they definitely made it fresh. Portions were decent sized for the price. Approval from this viet girl! Restaurant is cozy, staff is polite enough (I don't really put customer service at a super high value at local asian restaurants haha) and everything was clean.

So hungry and tired getting home from airport, ordered delivery to meet me same time lyft woulda gotten me home. This fool never delivered but ‘completed the order’. Tina, the restaurant manager was SO helpful. I just want to eat and she handled things for me the best she could. I’m still waiting on the redelivery.. things like this make me wish I own a car lol but so grateful for the customer service, so thank you miss Tina.

My favorite pho spot in Phoenix. The staff is so quick, already knows what I want to order, and I am in and out to go on with my busy day. My complaint about OTHER spots, is the broth is too oily or salty. This spot does neither. I would recommend a rare steak beef pho with spring rolls with shrimp and pork. Shout out to Tina who is a sweetheart and who has amazing customer service skills.

Quite simply, I love this place and their Vietnamese noodle soups!!! It’s a small place close to the grocery shop. The staff is very nice and welcoming. We ordered vegetarian and prawns wraps with chili sauce and beef soup. It comes with a bowl full of hot water, vegs and meat, plus a small plate with herbs to aromatise the broth. Sauces available. The prices are average. Toilets available. Kids friendly.

I only get one item as my pallette is small and wish I could give more feedback about their menu. I enjoy the energy of the staff and will always recommend this place if you are in the area and need a consistant bowl of yummy Pho. Thank so much for your hardwork.

4 stars would be rounding up from 3.8 if that were a possible option. My first time eat here and I wasn't impressed with the service I received. The pho soup i ordered in addition to two others that order pho in our group came out later than the other entrees for the rest in our group. First, the young man who took our drink order was just a little to friendly leaving me the impression that he was not properly trained as a waiter or host. He took our drink order but came back later to take our order without drinks in hand. I did remind him about our drinks but he dismissed it with a large smile and slightly sarcastic remark. So for his service i was not impressed. The restaurant was small but definately not for large groups. There were 6 in our party and nothing was done to accommodate our party comfortably. Being in Phoenix, air conditioning is crucial for any indoor dining experience, yet it was a bit warm inside. This is part of the reason for the 3.8 rating I'd like to give. I ordered hot tea but i was last to receive my drink. If my assumption is correct, the hot tea I ordered was $5.95 w/$2.50 refill (Thai tea). Perhaps another tea option would have been good (i.e. green tea, etc). Sodas were from cans at a cost of 2.95. A little costly for canned soft drinks for my tastes. I've ordered pho (#25) before for take out. This was perhaps the only positive. Having the soup for take out was not the same as having it in the restaurant. Although i added the condiments, I'm sure the soup/broth would have been good.
