Sorry for the late response to my review.
We visited Red Robin on 11/08/23. From the time we entered the restaurant Nicky (probably a manager) greeted us friendly. I told her it was my first time at Red Robin and she welcomed us right away with fries! Our waitress Makenzie was amazing. She made sure our drinks were good and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. The burgers were so delicious! And the sauce to the fries was amazing. She made sure our visit was well welcomed. The customer service from Makenzie and Nicky was super. I hope the GM gives you both kudos. We will definitely visit you guys again when we are on that side of town! Thank you for giving me an amazing first time experience!
Ordered the southern burger and mud pie. Both were excellent. I’ve definitely had better burgers and better ice cream pies but I can’t complain the food was satisfying and service was fast. And they offered a military discount for our parents which was nice. Also the prickly pear lemonade was definitely worth it and bottomless which was an unusual surprise. Most specialty drinks are not unlimited refills. Even the root beer floats were bottomless.
I got the fried pickles and the Burnin' love burger. The pickles were nice and crunchy with the cornmeal crust and worked wonderfully paired with the campfire sauce. The burger was a bit under seasoned and I didn't get the pop from the fried jalapenos I was hoping for. Overall the burger was enjoyable but wasn't nearly as spicey as I was hoping for.
Ordering by phone is always a problem, but even though they tried to ruin the experience, the manager on duty went above and beyond to fix all problems. As always, the food was fantastic. There are so many reasons to continue patronizing Red Robin. I can't say enough positive things!! Keep it up.
Delicious! Had the black n blue burger, the wife had the clucks n fries. Everything was just as ordered. Love the strawberry lemonade. We never leave dissatisfied or disappointed. Service was awesome, Kiera was on top of her game.
This place is one of my kids favorites so we come here quite a bit!
The food is pretty good, the kids love the endless mac n cheese and oranges :) the milkshakes are really good, the hostess was very friendly and our server was great.
We came around 4pm on Saturday (It’s always a good idea to go at the “not so busy” times when you have 3 boys! Haha).
They have a table gaming system to keep the kids entertained while everyone eats. And it wouldn’t be a complete trip without balloons :)
What a great lunch. Staff very attentive and friendly. Excellent service, from greeting, to drinks and fries, to taking order, and getting food out hot, fresh and made to order.
Asked for half of my salad to be set aside to go and the kitchen accidentally made my full salad. Manager made up a smaller one for me to take home.
This location has always been a favorite and a go-to spot for an excellent meal. Thanks, Red Robin!!
the food was great and so was the service, very kind and fast. only complaint is that the music is a tad loud so you cant hear people at your table talking well. the steak fries are wonderful and perfectly crispy too. the freckled lemonade is very good. i highly recommend this location.
I know, I know it’s a Red Robin. It’s a busy Friday night in the North Scottsdale area and everything is busy. They are friendly, the food is served fast, and I didn’t spend a ton of money!
My son wanted to go to get his birthday reward and it was super busy due to being MLK holiday. The employees who were greeting and seating were not friendly and had it not been for my son's birthday I don't think I would have stayed. However, after the lackluster beginning of the visit we were met by a super awesome server who made the whole experience 100% better and if not for this person alone my rating would have been 2 or 3 stars so Red Robin please acknowledge our server Danny's amazing customer service and just a pleasant human being all around. He's a valuable member of your staff!! Thank you Danny
Twenty minute wait for a table, they said. It's lunchtime and we're not in a hurry and I appreciate the honesty. Was a little quicker than that.. My avocado chicken sandwich was perfect and the garlic fries outstanding. My companion was brought a burger that wasn't ordered. Alex the manager came over and asked for the opportunity to make it right, and boy, did they! Great food, good attitudes, positive staff. Will definitely go back again! Thank you Alex and staff, you did a great job!
