We came here to eat after shopping. The atmosphere was pretty good. It took forever to get the food. The store was not very busy. It took over 20 minutes to get our food Having said that , the food was fresh and delicious.
I came in to get some food in the late evening. Ms. Sheba was so helpful and very courteous. It made my day to see someone being so positive and having a great outlook on life! Thank you so much. Will definitely be back in again. And she kept everything so clean. I’m really appreciative eating at establishments like that! Great job 👍🏽!!
Great place with great food and their sauce is out of this world!
Came for lunch on a Sunday to go was in and out with my box with extra Texas toast and canes sauce perfect for lunch at work @ clean freak car wash on 44st & McDowell
Great food, always easy to pick this restaurant when we can't decide. The chick is always on point, unlike other fast food places where some locations are bad every one of Raising Cane's have been great. Overall an easy place to make a quick decision to swing in when I'm hungry.
Wasn’t very busy, only two other people dining in. Staff were very efficient and fast, we did not wait long for our food. & best of all, food was delicious. You can tell they use clean oil. It was amazing.
This canes location currently has proficient staff, and it is overall a great clean store with amazing food. The chicken is always juicy, and their prices are very fair.
This location looks like many other canes restaurants. There is always a very long line through the drive through, that at this location causes major traffic issues. Sometimes the line piles up down the actual road, causing a major hazard for other drivers.
Their parking lot it a little small, you may during busy times find it difficult to park and go inside.
The store has always been very clean, and the atmosphere is gentle and welcoming. I always enjoy eating inside and relaxing. The condiments and drink area are always well kept and stocked. The seats are usually very clean and the trashes always have room to throw away your garbage at the end of the meal.
Bathrooms can at times be a bit untidy, and taggers have made their way into the restrooms at this location. They have now put locks on the bathroom doors that used to be open. This can cause an inconvenience for some customers rushing to the bathroom.
Food has always been generally quick, but there is a bit of a wait. They call out peoples names for their orders, but this can get difficult trying to hear over the loud music and people talking. You may at times be straining to hear weather or not they called your name or not.
Food portions have always been generous and the taste and quality is unlike any other restaurant of its type. Sorry church's chicken, this place has you very beat.
If you don't mind some potentially minor inconveniences with this location, you will enjoy your stay as well as your meal. Staff are very willing to help you and make sure that you leave as happy as you could. And I have always left here happy.
Very good. The chicken has minimal breading and very moist. the sauce wasn't really to my liking but everyone I was with loved it! The chicken was good enough without the sauce though.
Wanted to write a review about a specific employee there - her name's Sheba. I go to this Raising Cane's a couple times a month, and she's the most memorable team member whenever I see her around. She's super helpful, communicative while taking your order, outward, friendly, and I can tell she's hard working maintaining the lobby. I don't usually remember a specific employee at any food spot. This Raising Cane's has had spotty service in the past, but Sheba makes up for it. You're lucky to have her.
I doordash and I come here often for food deliveries. Every time I go to this location, I am welcomed with amazing energy as soon as I walk through the door from Sheba. And today she took my order and offered to read it directly instead of me reading the order out loud. It’s the little things that can make a difference in customer service, and I wasn’t even purchasing anything for myself, but that is who Sheba is. And the best part, is she consistent with her positive habits and awareness on the floor every time I stop by. She deserves all the credit and more.
This canes has really turned it around the past 2-3 months. I am glad they are open till 1am instead of closing early. They still have a ways to go to catch up to the Tempe location but I do enjoy eating from this one from time to time. I have noticed a decline in chicken quantity and increase in price, but that problem applies to all canes locations and is not exclusive to this location. This location used to suck but is getting much better!
Get the toast butter both sides, you won't regret it.
Simply a fresh crispy chicken finger takeout/dine in with a very small variety of sides to offer. We get it! The volume of serving so many customers can sometimes come with a mistake or two on your order. But all in all the delicious crispy fingers & house sauce keep us going back for more!
The drive up service at this location is some of the best I've ever had! Super friendly, which I appreciate! The food is good.

This was one of the best R.C. I have had. The chicken was fresh, hot and tender! I went back and got another 4 piece before journeying back to Laveen.
So, I am really looking forward to seeing what the new R.C. Is going to taste like when it opens in Laveen off the 202??
