Found this place just driving by. Decided to try and was very happy with the food and excellent service. Pleasantly surprised at the 3 little dishes of salsas..all tasted great. The avocado one was a little spicy so watch out! Carne asada was good, tacos and cheese enchiladas had a lot of flavor. Old school coke bottles to drink. A little gem on Hatcher rd.
The food is awesome, the people are awesome. The place is awesome. Never had a Bad Experience. And Fridays they have karaoke with the Best DJ in the Valley, DJ Gaby.
So good, like beyond good. Words don't do this place justice. But let me try and explain. This place is so good, when I eat here, I feel like I'm cheating on my wife.
You just need to try this for yourself.
La 15 &Salsas
Is a great spot where is hard to find a good place with real mexican flavor. Oaxaca is a gem in southern mexico with a countless surprises for skepticals, one of them is the greatness cuisine. Stop by la 15 and taste the mole tamales, so yummy. .
Mole negro is soo awesome and carne asada tacos amazing and memelitas w pork is q must have !!

I had chile rellenos--excellent!!! My husband had mole Colorado which was a real mole. Seemed busy with sit-down customers and some take-out business. Authentic Oaxacaño food!
Simply awesome. Had chilaquiles for breakfast. Mmmm. M.
In the area and found you through an article on the best neighborhood Mexican restaurants in Phoenix. The honor is well deserved. The enchiladas with mole and tacos were outstanding.
At the Fuerza Local 2014 event on Saturday I enjoyed your Tacos de Tripas and Tamales greatly.....Wonderful food and more. I can't wait to come into your restaurant and enjoy the full menu.
Wins the Karl Award for most interesting ethnic restaurant in north Phoenix. Everybody go there and eat so they stay open!
This is phoenix new times BEST OF PHOENIX WINNER (mole) just let me say that we all have different tastes buds… the mole was good, the BEST? is till my my moms mole! 😋 the aguas de sandía 🍉 we excellent, de limón 🍋 too. The service was great!! It too a while for our meals…but it was on a Sunday afternoon, place was busy. But you do have to make reservations if you want to eat inside…I didn’t know me and my family ate outside in the patio…can you believe that they ran out of chips and salsa? 🥺 speaking of salsa was great! Just wish I had more of it 😞 our waitress she had glasses, gave our family excellent service! I would definitely recommend las 15 salsas to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Second visit and food took so long to come to our table and food was cold. Disappointed
The restautant is a hole in the wall, it is small but it is worth the try. Service was very good and everything was very clean. The only down thing for me is the pricing for the quantity of food. The food is perfection and full of flavor.
Food was delicious. The Oxacan tamale was a little hard in the ends, but delicious.
Posole, amazing, mole, chocolate-y over the top flavor. The trio enchiladas are amazing and the tacos no matter what you choose a win.
The staff was the only downfall, didn’t know what tequilas had in stock; nor once agreed upon took 3 trips to get right and delivered on the rocks.
But food was choice.
First time here, definitely a hidden gem in Sunnyslope! We ordered the Botana Oaxaqueña was very flavorful & delicious, did not disappoint got to try a bit of everything! The horchata Oaxaqueña had melon & pecans was nutty & refreshing. The service was amazing, very friendly! A place to absolutely try out if you're looking for authentic Mexican-Oaxacan cuisine!
In the mood for authentic food? This is the place. We had the guacamole appetizer, Carne Asada burrito, a shrimp taco and a Carne Asada taco along with their mescal margaritas (w/a spicy salt rim). The food was delicious, great flavor and reasonably priced. The guacamole, though good, was way over priced for the amount (equal to one Med-LG avocado). I would definitely come back, though probably skip the guacamole. And the staff here were friendly and accommodating.
The food was amazing. I really don't know what else to say to describe it. The service was so pleasant. I had the beef empanada with watermelon water. My husband had beef tacos and menudo soup. He loved his dishes as well. Eat there if you're in Phoenix!
My family and I tried 15 salsas because my wife is from oaxaca. We went to se how authentic the food was, and to our surprise it was very good. They also have mescal an authentic oaxaquenen tequila that is very good and smooth. I tried a drink called sangre zapoteca and it wad very good. I highly recommend this place if you have not already gone. Enjoy
One of the best authentic Mexican restaurants I have been here in Phoenix. REAL Mexican food. Everything in the menu is delicious. Service is excellent. The sever was polite and attentive. I would definitely come back and I strongly recommend this restaurant.
We went right when it opened and had a delicious early lunch. The Agua Frescas were amazing. Each meal had rich and authentic flavors. Prices were $9-$14 but large portions. The drinks were huge and amazing! The service was kind and attentive. I appreciate they had fideo for the kids meal. I highly recommend!!
