Stop in there often. The staff are very friendly and the food is fresh and delicious.
Best chicken fingers on Earth! The secret sauce is phenomenal!!! Wish there were more of these around the valley
This was our first time at raising canes. Immediately, upon walking in, we were greeted warmly. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The chicken tenders were so delicious. The menu is limited to chicken, fries, and coleslaw and their delicious bread. They also make a killer chicken sandwich. the place was very busy. This is someplace you can come to get delicious fried chicken. We really enjoyed it and will be back.
The fried chicken here is delicious and hot, and the toast is crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside. The fries are perfectly cooked and their sauce ties it all together nicely. If you’re looking for a light meal to split the box combo with extra toast instead of coleslaw makes it perfect portions to evenly split.
INSANELY AMAZING FOOD AND STAFF!!!
I cannot explain enough how friendly and kind the staff are at this location, they checked in on my family throughout the meal, cleared our trays after we were done, and said goodbye to us as we were leaving. The chicken and sides at this location are also top tier! I would go out of my way to go to this specific location again.
They serve up the best chicken strips. I had to get The new " Post Malone "cups!
This is my new go to. When we pick it up ourselves the food is a perfect 10, I know I've ordered through Uber Eats, only complaint I can't find in the app anymore.
I've ordered with Door Dash and every single time I have a problem with the food, the chicken is undercooked every time and 5 times out of 7 it's inedibly cold and I'm less than 2 blocks away.Last time on a$50 order I received a $5 credit. NOT COOL
The 3 stars is because we always take out.
I rarely review chain fast food places, but i have to make an exception here. This location is clean, has friendly employees, and has good chicken fingers. The cleanliness and helpfulness alone impressed me. I'll be back!
Do not get me wrong. I really do like canes. However, when I used to go to this location, when they first opened, The chicken fingers were bigger, they gave you way more fries and they give you a drink with ice in it and a self-serve drink machine. In addition to the large piece of Texas toast you get also. And then of course the infamous "canes sauce."
The other day I got the three finger box, there were two fingers that were relatively good size The third finger, had a very low amount of chicken, and had more breading than there was actual chicken. The Texas toast, and the fries were really good.
Don't ever do drive-thru at this location, most of the time there's nobody inside.
FYI if you haven't been there in a while, they charge extra for more Cane's sauce. This particular location was 60 cents.
Raising Cane's is my favorite fast food restaurant chain, I have been coming to this location for years and quite frequently when I lived in North Phoenix and occasionally still drop by if I am in the area. However, not all Cane's are equal. This location is a good balance of the pros and cons of the other restaurants around the Phoenix area. Some have drive through lines an hour long and others can't seem to get the order correct despite only having 4 meal options on the menu.
The service is typical very fast in the drive through or inside, more than 80% of the time the order is accurate and the food tastes fresh.
Any issues I have ever had at this location were promptly addressed by a manager and remedied.
I have also noticed over the years and probably almost a hundred visits, that the freshness and quality of the food at this location begins to degrade from 10pm to closing. If you want fresh, delicious, tender chicken, I recommend going here more than a couple hours before closing time - I am not going to take off any stars, as this is just in my own personal experience and based off my own opinion and observation, not proven fact.
Chicken chicken chicken, which combo you pickin' ? That'll be the Box Combo with an Arnold Palmer light ice, swap the coleslaw for extra fries, and butter the Texas Toast on both sides.
As good as it gets in fast food. Great service, outstanding food, and a nice place to eat.
The chicken sandwich and fries are so good 💯 and also the sweet tea.
I dont normally review fast food more than once, but I'm going to make an exception for Cane's. Their chicken and sauce is sooo darn good I could virtually eat their every day.
They use to give a free The Box for your birthday. Didn't get it this year.
You can never go wrong with raising cane’s excellent customer service and the food was fresh
I need a raising cane's quite often I enjoy their chicken is very fresh and very tasty. I don't usually eat their sauce but that's just me. I always get coldslaw instead of French fries.
Everyone knows Canes is super tasty. This is a service review. I went through the drive through tonight to order food. I pulled up to the window and paid the male cashier, as he processed my change I was handed my meal by another worker, a woman. Before my change was given to me, I pulled away not even thinking I had not received my change. The woman who handed me my food met me on the other side of the driver though and gave me my change and receipt. Great customer service, coming from someone who works in the industry, shows a lot about character. Great service!
Food is always fresh and delicious at this location, and the staff is great!
The chicken is juicy with a crunchy exterior.
The coleslaw was awesome.
