Grabbed a quick dinner before a flight. The Cuban was ok, the fries were delicious! The brownie sundae was the perfect size for an individual. And not too sweet! Server was excellent.
I really liked the hamburger.🍔 The dining area was not open but I was able to get food at the bar. Not very attentive people right now but the food was delicious.
Love that they're opened late. Salmon Cesar Salad was awesome. My 12 year old grandson loved it!!
Very nice breakfast. There was a lot of variety of foods and drinks. It was much better than the typical continental breakfast.
My friend happened to need an overnight in Phoenix due to a cancelation in her flight. I picked her up from the airport and she booked a night at the Hilton Garden Inn. We plugged in a restaurant she knew that showed as nearby only to find that one was inside the airport. Now it's 9pm and most places were closing. Googled again and found a listing for "The Post" that closed at 11p. Hilariously, it was located where? Inside the Hilton which we didn't realize until pulling back into the parking lot. 🙄
The chalk board name for the bar/restaurant area said "The Perch", not "The Post", so unclear on why that was different.
We both agreed that the calamari and green dip was actually pretty good for a little hotel lobby bar, as was the cheese quesadilla which came with green sauce, guacamole, and sour cream.
Seating areas were cozy, but the area isn't large. Staff was very good, so if you go be good to them and they'll be good to you.
No pictures of food or location again because we were focused on our surprise visit and too hungry for pausing. Hope you go and share the pictures I didn't.
Small varied menu at this restaurant in the Crowne Plaza Inn. Small seating but cordial atmosphere. Service was excellent. 8 oz Steak came with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
For menu was limited, we had the chicken Cascadia's and the half pound burger with fries. Fries were fabulous as was the burger 🍔. My better half said the Cascadia's were real good too.
The only down side was the service was a little slow but tolerable. Bartender was doing double duty.
We enjoyed the food.
Food was good, but they were busy and service was pretty slow. I sat myself and it was over 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. Took about an hour total for me to have a glass of water and a sandwich. But the food was decent and server was nice, just busy.
We had a surprisingly delicious meal here. In my experience most, not all (!), hotel restaurants are over priced and serve heavy, tasteless food. The Post is neither! We shared the flatbread which was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed a tasty veggie burger for main. Service was great too. Highly recommend.
Tonight, I shared an evening with my coworkers at the Post and I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere. The decor is beautiful and inviting, the waitress was very attentive and friendly, and the food was amazing. I personally ordered the All-American Burger with fries. Once the food arrived, it was pleasntly decorated on ours plates and was gorgeous to look at. Best part for myself is how delicious the food was. The burger, while juicy and succulent; was also absolutely bursting with flavors I have not experienced from any other establishments before. This restaurant, while being out of the way and not very well heard of, is definitely worth your time.
For those of you wondering about prices, the most expensive item was $31. My burger was $13. Expensive but we'll worth it. I will be returning to this place in the future to test my palet on this meal once again.

My wife and in-laws were visiting Phoenix on Christmas Eve in order to take an early flight the next day. We have reviewed the restaurant and decided to visit. What caught our attention was the variety of dishes on its menu. When we got there to our surprise there was nobody else there. So, we had our own private Christmas diner at The Post. We tried the Argentinian churrasco, the egg plant salad and for dessert the chocolate lava cake and their home made ice cream with three different flavors. Delicious. The waitress was very attentive. We just loved the place.
Great atmosphere, loved the food, nit leaving hungry for sure. Definitely recommend the southwest quesadilla gren sauce was a lotlle sweet but it paired well despite my hesitation.
Nice change from the plastic plates and utensils of nearby lesser 'express' IHG and Hilton brands. Not a wide breakfast choice (eggs benedict would be ideal) but certainly OK.
We used Crown for parking only great deal safe parking. Very nice ladies behind the counter. Fast safe ride to and from. Would use any time again and again.
Met some family from out of town here for Sunday Breakfast. We all had the breakfast buffet and not one complaint. Service was great and very friendly.
