It is weird to give a five-star review to a fast casual restaurant, but the crew here earned it tonight. Not only was the food tasty and the restaurant spotlessly clean, they handled the customers with experience and aplomb. I had the living embodiment of a Karen in front of me, asking questions about everything on the menu and endlessly sharing opinions with no regard to the people behind her. The cashier helping her was unfailingly polite, and the expediter was tuned to the needs of others. Rather than stand there, he took off his gloves and started taking orders. This level of attention to detail and customer service has grown rare in the world and it very much brightened my day.

Super clean and friendly staff. The food was delicious and the order was pretty quick and accurate to order. The coastal Trip was super good. Added side of chips and beans, salsas are fire 🔥 super good variety.
Great vibes in this place. It's always clean and the workers there are super friendly. I got the two chicken taco plate with beans and chips. The salsa bar is great because I can add extra onions and lime and cilantro, the extra oomph I crave.
So, the plate was $10, it filled me up. It was good. I liked it better than Chipotle.
Also, if you save your receipt and take the survey, you can get a free churro! Yum! Easy to get to, easy parking, never super packed but always have people in it.

Love taco Tuesday at Rubio's. The salsa bar is kept very clean. If I had a correction to make I'd have some plastic bags by the salsa bar so you can bag a few limes and jalapenos when you get your food to go. Otherwise the store is beautiful. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious.
This is my favorite Spot to eat! I love the food, and the variety. The best thing is that is healthy and delicious.
And I love the taco Tuesday!
I have not been to Rubios in so long, but glad I went today. I had the shrimp trio tacos. The shrimp was perfect and the tacos were delicious.
Portions that impress and staff that makes you feel at home – that's what this restaurant is all about. The food here is a culinary delight, and the portions are so ample that you'll be leaving with both your palate and your appetite satisfied.
The parking is a little difficult/ interesting... but, worth it. I love Rubio's, and the staff here were wonderful!
Best customer service ever!! Had a little DoorDash mishap that I was prepared to take the loss for, but the staff was incredibly quick to help and went above and beyond. Also the blackened mahi mahi is *chef’s kiss* 🤌
I love Rubios, I have been getting their Classic Shrimp Burrito for damn near 10yrs and it's sooo good!
Had tacos for taco tuesday, but tbh I get the same thing every time, regardless of the day. Rubio’s is good and fresh.
I was pleasantly surprised how clean this location was Phoenix store 292. Most of the Rubios have become so run down and dirty. Dakota was a great staff member

Rubio's is a great place to eat. We don't go there too often, so when we do, it's a treat! We mainly used to go because they had delicious lobster tacos. However, they got rid of the lobster taco and added carnitas. Which was a bit disappointing, but carnita is still good. Anyways, we ordered the carnitas tacos and a California carnitas bowl. The food was amazing, like usual. Guacamole was a little salty but not too bad. We thought the carnitas tacos came with 3 tacos, but it was only 2. But that was probably our fault.
Service, for the most part, was okay. We were asking about things on the menu since what we normally got is no longer an option there, and the worker seemed a little rude/annoyed when answering. I understand if she was having a bad day, but please be professional and don't take it out on the customers. Hope her day turned around, though.
They didn't have tongs at their little bar thing to get any of the limes/lemons, so we had to ask for a fork so we wouldn't be grabbing them with our hands.
However, if you are looking for some good food, this place is definitely it! Would recommend any time.
Gourmet Tacos here are very good, We visit here once a week or so for lunch. Staff are great, very friendly and food is always good and consistent.
Very good and friendly. Keep it up and don't forget to check the utensils. Had to ask for a fork.
