Best service. Nicest people. Very clean restaurant!
Went inside to pick up a doirdash order and place an order for myself. I ordered several apple pies. Shortly after placing my order, the manager on duty, a kind gentleman, advised that they were out of apple pies and were cooking fresh ones, but it would be about 15 minutes. I delivered the doordash order and came back for my pies. They were so busy at this time but the manager was so nice and was doing an excellent job encouraging, praising and leading his entire team in a positive and effective manner. I got my pies shortly after coming back and they were excellent.
Beautiful done McGriddle with extra cheese, patty and sausage. Ordered through the app and was already ready in less than 5 mins. Customer service was fast and efficient. Thank you!
It's hard to give McDonald's a rating because I never really eat here. I just stopped to use the clean bathrooms, get myself a nice tea or buy some ice for my cooler. I really have to hand it to McDonald's for making bags of ice available for $0.99. For summer travelers and for street people who really need to keep cool, it's a very nice community service.
I come here quite frequently on my lunch and Alex is always working up front and always doing it with a smile and kindness. He’s a nice reminder of what a huge difference it makes to just be kind to people!
Always love this location, especially for breakfast times. There is a woman, I think Christine or Christina is her name. She is really nice and friendly, which makes the experience better.
Alex is the only reason for this rating. He was delivering orders outside, orders to tables, and taking orders!! He definitely stayed busy and made sure everyone was well taken care of
Christine (SP) and her crew are always fantastic. When I crave McDonalds this place this is my go to. I drive a little further to this location as they are always so nice and friendly.
The people that work here are some of the nicest people I have ever interacted with. I always have a good experience and I choose to go to this one instead of the one closer to my house. Thanks for always making my day!

I have to say, this is one of the best McDonald's in Phoenix. It's usually very clean, and the crew is friendly, and I find myself not in a rush to get out (which I can't say about other locations).
The bad:
The parking lot can be quite hectic and, with all the stores packed into that intersection, there are frequent runaway carts and mini traffic jams.
Bottom line: a great location for a quick bite to eat, or morning coffee. If you want healthy, go to Sprouts!
Great place to visit for a few minutes while waiting for a Dr. Apt in the area. Not very comfortable but they open early.
A very good McDonalds! Kinda tough getting in and out of the parking lot, and the drive-through line partially blocks access to curbside pickup, but the people and the food inside the store were great! Check 'em out, but keep your head on a swivel if you drive through the parking lot!
