Found this amazing place tucked inside The Clarendon hotel for restaurant week, fall 2023. The atmosphere is cozy with retro decor. There is a main dining area and a piano lounge/bar. Staff is amazing and very attentive. The Latin fare is fantastic. Definitely worth repeat visits!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Fuego at the Clarendon hotel and I must say, the experience was absolutely delightful! The food was incredibly delicious, and the atmosphere created a wonderful ambiance. I had such a great time and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

Update December 2023: The food was DELICIOUS (bistro cornbread, two tacos), and the margarita was ok, but small and overpriced. The live music outside was great. The service was minimally friendly (not bad, but not great), and I would’ve liked them to come to my table about twice as often and twice as quickly as they did (with the exception of the young man with the water pitcher). I was raving to my friend about the desserts, but none were offered before the check came. We normally tip 30%, but we just couldn’t do it. Update September 2023: The food was amazing! FRIENDLY service, but could’ve been a little more attentive, and quicker to clear plates. The shareable desserts were super delish. I highly recommend the Fuego tacos with grilled tilapia. EXCELLENT EVERYTHING! Dined alone while my daughter was in a massage. Ordered to sample a little bit of not-quite-everything: spinach salad, chicken tacos, corn bread, Not Your Mother’s margarita, cappuccino (GORGEOUS), and bread pudding (none like I’d ever had). Wow! Everything wow! Can’t wait to bring friends & family here!

I really enjoyed the food, it was very flavorful (not bland in the slightest) and the staff! (I ordered the Fuego Pasta for anyone wondering). The live music, thoughtful staff, and quality food made date night wonderful! I definitely recommend.

We loved this place. The atmosphere was nice and calm. The staff was excellent. They have the right balance, there exactly when you need them and no more, perfect. The food was excellent. We had the short rib enchiladas and the pork. It was so good we wished we had second stomachs so we could eat more. Will be back to try more dishes.

This restaurant is truly special. The meal, sides, and drinks I had were exceptional. It is on the pricier side but at least you get a good value.

Fuego at The Clarendon Hotel is an ideal restaurant to enjoy a delicious meal that leaves you satisfied with just enough room for a mouth savoring dessert. Both nights that we visited we were pleasantly surprised by the entertainer that played there.

We went to this restaurant to have our anniversary dinner and I am glad we chose this restaurant. We loved it. The ambience was awesome, the food was good and really tasty. There was also live music which added to the celebration. We ordered Veggie pasta and it was really tasty. This place is perfect for a date. Highly recommended.
