Had a large but very quick and neatly done order delivered by a Gerald ! Very thankful and appreciative of the top tier customer service . I noticed how swamped they were ( I believe 2 - 3 employees during a big rush .) Customers were getting handled smoothly , but it was sooo hot ! So i asked if i could make it a delivery ( in response to wait time and doing add ons while looking through the menu ) and they were completely understanding ! Thanks ! My children , wife and I truly thank you !

Kind of heading around the corner from five guys. Always a good decision for last minute catering. Even during the pandemic and hiring issues the store's been able to keep up pretty well. This location also delivers on bike since it has such a small zone with so many buildings being close to downtown. The staff here is always polite and you can tell they're working as fast as they can. Definitely a good spot if you only have a 30 minute lunch and you need to get your meal quick.

On a recent visit to Phoenix I stopped into Jimmy John's to see if there was anything gluten free that would work for my diet. There are sandwich places that offer gluten free bread but most just offer a bowl version of their sandwiches. This was my first lettuce wrapped sub Sandwich, the UnWich! I loved it!! I had the #5 Vito and I have thought about the sandwich many times since I left Phoenix. I can't wait for my next visit and my next UnWich!

I work at another location, was there helping but my opinion is personal. It's a great atmosphere, management, employees and service..... I can tell the regulars enjoy the food as much as the workers.

Placed a sandwich order online. I must have done it wrong when someone from Jimmy Johns called to question what I ordered. Glad they did, it was supposed to be ham and I must have read it wrong and said no ham. When I picked up my order and went back to my place of work I found out my sandwich was made wrong. I quickly called them, rather then go back to the restaurant to pick it up they gladly sent someone to drop it off and applogized for the mishap and even added a chocolate chip cookie in my bag. What great service and let me tell you I was a pleased and happy customer. The food was great!

Busy and crowded... I understand rent is expensive in any downtown business district... seating maximization could be a good investment.. sandwiches are good as expected.

I just had another great experience at Jimmy John’s. As an airline pilot, I frequently fly what is called “all nighters/red eyes” back to the East coast. I asked the Clerk if he kindly could put my order in two separate bags as I had described what I was planning. The Clerk went above and beyond. When he handed me the two bags, he told me he had wrapped the “greens” separately and put oil/vinegar in a cup. That way my delicious Sub would stay fresh until I was, in what is sometimes referred as “fly-over-country,” ready to enjoy it. WOW, again it was just another reminder why I love Jimmy John’s so much. Thank you, thank you!

It's Jimmy John's. Always good food just seems to be getting pricey like everything else. One bathroom was out of order.

As usual, very fast service. Staff was extremely nice and when I forgot to add a few item to my sandwich and asked to add them on after my sandwich was made, they did it without a fuss.
