I love this Dairy Queen location. Food and ice cream always tastes great, comes out fast and the lobby is clean. The staff is also friendly - I will continue to choose this location over others
Came during a busy moment when the card machines were down, was impressed to see the employees working extremely hard to take orders, serve customers, and keep everyone happy, even as hectic as it was for them at the time. One of the male employees (probably a manager) absolutely amazed me by taking my order while also having to handle the fryers, help other customers, and assemble orders. He went out of his way to check on me several times while I was waiting, even including several free ice creams with my order, helping me get my food to the car when my hands were super full, and treating me with a level of kindness that you would never expect from fast food places. I will absolutely be returning!
We just had a banana split and ice cream in a dish. I need to say that I observed four employees working and only one was wearing gloves handling food. The cashier was very pleasant.

The food; good. But 5 stars for the customer service from Ethan who went out of his way to make sure someone in our group who is diabetic had a drink when the sodas were out. Totally above and beyond.

This DQ is one of the best in Phoenix. Service is quick and employees are kind and attentive. Their Blizzards are an absolute treat! And their chicken strips with honey mustard are pretty darn good too.
A bit overpriced on the ice cream sundae. Worst part was the employees allowed a homeless individual hang out in the kitchen, which is not sanitary, and this rule should apply for the entire public. Unfortunately, this person was loudly bothering the customers. So sad...
I canāt lie I have always LOVED Dairy Queen, since I was very little I would get taken here by my mom then after years and years I finally have the chance to take my little ones for the same experience. I really enjoy this location because it is in its own little parking lot and it makes it super easy to get in and out. They are friendly, helpful, as well as professional. Itās always been clean and Iām order anytime Iāve been there, and thereās plenty of places to sit and enjoy your sweets! If you havenāt been here check it out, itās soooo worth it! 4/5 stars!!!

Had a great experience picking up my blizzard cake at this location. The gentlemen were very courteous and one of them even wished for me to extend a happy birthday to the person of which the cake was purchased. Very nice to see a fast food place with people who actually act like they like doing business with me. Whereas, other fast food places seem uncaring and act like they don't want customers.
