Staff is good...it's more the building and the equipment. Something is always down or not working properly... I think that impacts the food quality/service.
To say this of any establishment is rare these days unfortunately. I visited Jack in the box last night via drive thru. What a wonderful experience from start to getting home and the food was presented like someone took pride in their job. Excellent staff 👏
Purchased a strawberry Redbull drink. It was good. The lady that complete my order was friendly.

I go to jack in the box everey day if I can to buy me my cold caramel coffee. I think I'm addicted , but I live it.

The location the reason I like this place so much is because it's surrounded by a bunch of other good stores and marketplaces the food is good the service is great overall I think you love this place as much as I did
