Loving their boneless wings!! Have been back a few times already haha.
We also tried a bacon cheese burger which was okay but nothing too special. The house fried rice was pretty good. 100% wings is the way to go here though in our opinion.
Also, it is take out only now. I saw others complaining about the inside but, when I was there, it seemed pretty clean, albeit old but this place has been here forever. That’s part of the appeal! Anyway, take out only!!
It wasn't as good as the other one down the road but they were closed However it was still pretty good .
I was hungry when I got here, but the smell of my beef fried rice I took home made me absolutely starving!! I rode my bike home down busy Thomas and could still smell the deliciousness that awaited me when I made it back. I ate a whole order of their big fries which are classic diner style crinkle fries, hard to beat, and then dug into the flavorful heaven that was the beef fried rice. Generous portions meant I have leftovers to experience this magic (albeit reheated) again for lunch tomorrow. My fridge smells amazing. 10/10. I'm gonna have to try it spicy!
So I've lived around the corner from this place for four years now. I never thought this place was even open for business. One day, I saw a few cars parked out front. It was the only action I've seen there. So I thought I'd check it out. It was very scary in there. It looked like a storage unit. Then, a tiny Chinese lady showed up and asked me what I wanted and pointed to a small paper menu tapped to her counter. It had long wong wings, Chinese food, and sandwiches. I was skeptical but thought I'd support my local businesses and ordered a pastrami sandwich. It was $10. I got home and opened the box. There was a whole sub cut in half in it. After checking it out, I took my first bite, and it was fresh and delicious! I was able to save the other half for lunch the next day. The lady told me to wait in my car cuz it was hot in there, and she would bring it out to me. I must admit, I was sure that this place was not going to pass my expectations. However, I have since been a repeat customer, and my second visit was packed with customers. Great prices and good food! I recommend trying this place. I hope you'll be pleasantly surprised as I was!! All orders are to go only. No dine-in.
Take out only. I had their mild wings, pretty good flavor. My husband ordered boneless spicy BBQ but got bone in. Very good price. A dozen for 13.
Good wings. Apparently they’re well known for them. Decent selection of other stuff.
Great wings here. Very meaty and surprisingly cheap for how big the wings are. Would like to see a bit more variety in the sauces (the "suicide" sauce just isn't that hot) but a great wing otherwise.
Love the heat of those wings!!
Always a win win in my book. If you like hot these are the one to get!!!
Had a fantastic lunch at a cute little park with a Bestie n son. Great conversation and even had left overs
Best wings I’ve ever had I drive down from flagstaff just for these wings.
Surprisingly good! Super tangy spicy wings. A burger that could be the whoppers sibling and decent prices.
Sadly, this location no longer offers dinning in😔 As most of the Long Wong location across Phoenix, eat one was a visual feast, from pulling into the parking lot, bright pink paint marking the spot, to the almost carnival-esque ambiance flooding out of the doors, drawing you in, to come seek it's mouth watering aromas blasting out from the exhaust hood... Fried... OMG the fried... Zucchini, mushrooms, french fries, but the most cherished, hailed, celebrated, top voted, year after year after year after year by & listed in the Phoenix New Times, wasnt actually just for their hot wings! Though, to this valley native, was a weekly staple in our adult household, are still some of the best tasting & reasonably priced, every heat imaginable; to all the new fads that have muzzled their way onto a chicken wing, you'll find. But the electricity, some locations quite literally, filled with original ,very rare now, neon signs. And the pictures & art & bumper stickers & who knows what on the walls, doors, ceilings.. would keep bringing you back for more! But, alas, this location still offers, walk up service, orders to go & online pick up, still fills this same corner with the Long Wongs vibe & familiarity, bringing us Valley natives back for more, over 40 years later! Now, if Legend City were still around....??? 😜 Happy eating my peoples!
This place is so hidden. Great food and even better service. I don't know who the older lady that took my order was but she made me feel so good and thankful. Great food and service to go.
They've always have good food and service.
Been coming here over 20 years now, it's that good
The wings were excellent but the shrimp fried rice was not that tasty
Out of the 4 years I've been ordering here I have to say this is my personal favorite restaurant out there. I still can't believe that I can handle hot wings but not extra hot which is the reason why I go here. I saw a certain review that said the hot wings are not hot, let me tell you, just ask for the Extra Hot wings and they'll make you uncontrollably cry. The staff there are just as perfect as you'll ever need! They are extremely comforting and are even nice as to ask if your order you are dining is okay. Oh and one last side note, this is the only Long Wongs that is able to provide you a fair amount of the sauce that comes in your order, so you'll be able to dip your wings even more!
Great spot for wings - honey hot and lemon pepper are both amazing and I recommend you order a dozen of each tonight. The price for a dozen wings here is cheaper than just 10 wings at the long Wong's out west, and they're just as good, if not better. Friendly employees and quick + quality service
