Common for breakfast sandwiches to be out of stock during lunch hours.
I recommend getting hot drinks for more volume of the drink.
This is my new favorite place to just relax if I’m having a bad day! This is actually the first Starbucks that I enjoy going too. People there are amazing and very friendly. I was there a day before yesterday just waiting for my friend to get off school and then came back the next day for the same thing and they recognized me lol. They provide really loving and kind customer service and the people there again are amazing. I literally don’t think you’ll find a better Starbucks location (: <3
Friendly Baristas brewing and serving great coffee. The store was completely out of toilet paper 😐, and they take the cream away from the counter in the summer afternoons, because it's really hot in Phoenix. 😓

Our drink was not up to par. Tasteless actually and my wife was very upset so we took it back. She wanted to just give it back because she was worried that if they were asked to make a new one they might spit in it or something. I told her, Baby there not gonna do that. So we went inside, my wife shared her displeasure with the Chai tea and ended with, "I'm sorry" and the manager gracously told her, "Don't ever be sorry for asking for what you paid for. We're sorry that you were unhappy." He then made her a new drink, which she loved and they even upgraded the size. We then chatted and he was fantastic.

Lots of Starbucks to choose from but the staff here always pay attention to detail and when you have unique drinks or sandwich requests like no cheese or half a shot of espresso, they always get it right. They pay attention and we appreciate them
Staff was pleasant and quick. Store interior was nice and very clean, but each of the four tables inside happened to be occupied by a single person, so we went outside. The patio area was jammed into a very small area right next to the drive thru, with the (major) intersection right next to that, so not the most pleasant spot to eat.

Thank you so much it was so good I went back to get a second one so if you’re looking for a good Starbucks to come to come to this one on 40th St. in Greenway.

Amazing experience here at the Starbucks drive thru! The lady handing us our drinks was one of the nicest people I have ever met! I believe her name started with A and she was absolutely wonderful!! And the drinks were even better! We visited today 10/16!

Disappointed in no brewed decaf, but they got a decaf Americano for me instead.
This Starbucks is great about "making the moment right". There's always friendly faces to greet you here, even if they can get so busy that sometimes the drinks don't come out how you wanted them to. As a former SBUX barista, sometimes I've had to take my drink back because it wasn't exactly the way I wanted, but they are always super nice about making adjustments. Never, ever have I had a barista here make a stink face because I can be (admittedly) super particular. This is a great Starbucks overall! Also-- they are pretty quick in the mornings compared to other stores during their rushes!
