There are lots of quick Asian bowl places but this place you can taste the quality and harder work put into it.
Also I noticed at somewhere around 4:00 they have a discount bowl I think for the teriyaki chicken.
I decided to eat in and ordered a curry chicken which was good and I also ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl which I love. The chicken has a nice slight jar to it they put enough to teriyaki on there so you've got enough on your rice as well. Many places don't do that. The rice was good too.
And their tropical was real good too.
The atmosphere is a very trendy but simple store. The store it self is clean, the service is great. The food is amazing I personally love the Viva Calient, it’s a Spanish infusion with some heat. The powder chili is hot for those who like hot stuff you can ask for it when your food comes out. The spring rolls are good too, I’ve tried other dishes but the caliente bowl is my favorite. I recommend trying Yoshis, you’ll love it.
I ordered teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken. I loved both, but I will have to tell them not to make the Teriyaki chicken too hot. It did take me 3 days to eat it all... worth it, but I was a fire-breathing dragon. I will eat here again.
The staff was very kind to me. As a mom of 3 young boys and a long days of work they brought my food to me vs calling it out even during their happy hour. I really appreciate it. The Teriyaki and Orange Chicken bowl were so good and so filling. 😋
I like that I can get a small lunch bowl for $6.75 that is just tbt right size for me. Would ask for less rice and more veggies, but the chicken thigh meat was perfect and I like the spicy teriyaki sauce. Always ready on time for pickup as well well. Hubs favorite is the Viva caliente.
Yum! $3.50 teriyaki bowls from 3-5 pm every day! Can’t go wrong with that. My favorite bowl here is the Dragon Bowl which consists of grilled chicken and vegetables over rice (keep in mind its spicy). Second runner up is the Viva Caliente Bowl which is a spicy teriyaki bowl with cilantro and scallions over rice. No matter what time you go the service is fast and I’ve never had issues. They also have a rewards program you can sign up for. Haven’t really tried anything else because I’m a creature of habit but I’m sure everything is good
This place is a favourite "GOTO" for a decent healthy and filling meal. We've been going here since the late 1990's we loved when they had many more locations but as with all business it's dwindled to just a couple. But it's fantastic as always!

First time trying this location out. Hidden in the corner on 24th st & Indian school rd.
Kinda small but still enough seating but just be aware of the middle wooden table kinda wobbly.
The food is Great definitely liked the Spicy katsu curry first time trying it. Very appetizing katsu was perfect and tender.
One little thing that could use some work is the communication with the front cashier "tall teen" very soft spoken person at the end of our order he forgot to give us our cups. I had to ask when we picked up our food from the pick up stand.

Love it here great place to eat and chill out. Never crowded. Very peaceful. Delicious food 😋 just perfect.
Delicious. I kept it simple, teriyaki chicken bowl and a drink. It was happy hour so I got it on the cheap. I will definitely be back.
Great food and prices, enjoyed the chicken yakisoba noodles and chicken teriyaki bowl , both were good but I enjoyed the Teriyaki Bowl better!
The Teriyaki Beef was tasty... a friend had the teriyaki chicken and didn't complain... thought the egg rolls could have been hotter...

Well.. I get the same thing every time. Like every single time. I just love what I get and can’t turn it down at Yoshi’s lol. Great flavors mixed in the rice.

The Dragon Bowl is a great dish... and the chili sauce is hot $&@! so be ready but it’s damn good!!
I was worried the quality would suffer for the price, but was pleasantly surprised. Very yummy and tasty food!
Take out. Get the large size for a buck more. Great food, low prices, great crew. My favorite Yoshis
