I discovered this place by purchasing a dining advantage food certificate. I didn't expect it to be hidden in the cut, it's a great place for local business men and woman. The customer service was great, and the restaurant was nice and clean. It didn't take long for my food to come out, seemed pretty fresh and hot! The taste of the chicken alone was soooo yummy! I added extra teriyaki sauce to the chicken and rice and I like the fact it's free. Some places I've gone to requires a fee for extra sauce.

Really enjoyed this bowl. Dark chicken with more veggies than rice. Perfect level of sauce. The egg roll and drink combo was just what I needed today. Thank you for a very enjoyable meal.

I recently went here and let me tell you, I love it. Their Veggie bowls are great, reasonably priced and a great sit down meal. The spicy teriyaki sauce is wonderful, the staff are great people and the atmosphere is relaxing without putting you to sleep.
We stopped by while passing through on a road trip. The food was freshly made and tasted great. I got the noodle steak bowl, which was excellent while hubby got chicken rice bowl which he really enjoyed. Highly recommended. Friendly service.

I've been going to this place for 12 years now and I never get tired of it. Their food is hot and fresh everyday. Their staff (Miguel & Josue) are amazing. They treat everybody so friendly and they really try to get to know you. I tell everybody to go to this location because of how well I have always been treated. The food is amazing and if you haven't tried the pepper steak bowl or the shrimp and salmon bowl then you are missing out. Go try it!!!!
Decent spot for teriyaki bowls. Nothing special, but certainly good enough for the occasional quick lunch. A little on the pricy side for what you get, though.
Last week, my order was messed up. They gave me spicy sauce on everything and my daughters began screaming after digging into the food. I called and spoke to the guy that's always there. He apologized and let me know my next order is on the house. I was not even expecting this. Awesome customer service right there.
I eat here all the time and it's pretty damn good. My kids love the teriyaki chicken bowl and veggies.
Samurai Sam's is like the best place to eat in this warehouse work area. Walking distance. Hot meal. I love steamed vegetables and I should just prepare them myself from home, however, this is more convenient. The rice is also my favorite. I have not tried anything but the teriyaki chicken, so far. Keeps me coming back. The employees are so nice and friendly. Always making sure the customer has a good experience. :D
I love this place! The grilled egg rolls are awesome and so is their teriyaki sauce. Like another user mentioned they do run out of things sometimes but that doesn't bother me. Everything I've had from here has been great along with the service!
Love this place. Most delicious teriyaki sauce I've tasted. We usually buy bottles to take home. Yakisoba with steak AND chicken, has delicious veggies and awesome noodles covered in teriyaki. We eat it whenever we are close to one.
Cashier was very helpful and nice. He is very polite and a happy person taking orders. The food was great it had been a long time since I had come here but flavor has not changed and the Customer service is now even BETTER!!!
Went over to get my birthday present from the restaurant I haven't been here in sometime I ordered a white meat chicken beef and vegetables over rice Wow it was good They've cut there hours here But the food is still great The coupon I got on line wasn't cooperating But the man at the register took care of it quickly I was very pleased with my service and the food Will make time to come here more often
