Pete's is the Best. They may be little, and inexpensive, and found in some questionable areas, but if you brave through that and the wait times you will be pleased. Do not expect fancy fish and chips here, just fast food style grub. And get extra Pete's sauce.
Pete's. I very much enjoy my visits to pete's. I have been eating at the verious locations for years. the food is fast cheap and tasty. It is not by any means gourmet but they don't claim to be. they are good just the way they are! I love moster burgers, and the 4x5 fried squared pieces of fish from heaven :)
I haven't been to a Pete's Fish in years; I didn't know there was one so close to where I live now lol I went this evening (7/21/23) and the food was just as good as I remember, if not better! Also, the woman who was working the drive thru register was an absolute delight! I cannot stress enough how nice she was. I ordered a small water for my dog, along with my food, and she made sure it was a good temperature for him to drink. Such a welcoming smile as well. Thank you so much for being so kind to me and my pup(: Will be back soon!
Food was very good. Fish and shrimp were perfectly breaded. Sauce was bomb. Lol
Drive thru timing was not long at all. Only location that is open on Sundays which is good. Drive thru attendant was awesome and super nice.
Make sure you bring cash. Most locations are closed on Sunday. They have the best breaded fish and sauce in my opinion and their prices are great. There are other non-fish options such as burgers and chicken strips which are also good. Wish they could build one by me in San Tan Valley Az.
We love Pete’s fish and chips! We lived in South Phoenix for 15 years and we would go every Friday night for 15 years. Now that we’ve moved up to North Phoenix, we go to the one on Glendale. Lots of great food and lots of great prices.
Food is super delicious. Employees are nice but there timing needs to speed up. Other than that this place is awesome.
First of all I Love Pete's Fish and Chips❤. Now, on my way to work I happen upon this little gem hidden in a rough neighborhood. Barbara the order taker was short and to the point. Food was done Quick and staff had a good pace. Maybe next time would leave more time for Conversation.The food was Great as usual. Thanks
Best location in Arizona. Good service, restaurant appeared clean and people working in the kitchen all had hair or beard nets which I appreciated! I’ve noticed the sauce has a slight difference in taste between the different locations. This location has the best tasting sauce! I won’t go to any other location.
Fast friendly service and great food I have been coming to eat at Pete's sense the 1960s with my parents and I still enjoy it and the food is always great very consistent from one location to another

If you like deep fried food this is the place for you most definitely, they have a good flavor on their batter, I ask for the chicken fingers or their seafood combo, the prices are low for a good meal.
Always smokin hot fish. Really good. I wasn't expecting much and was very surprised. The only thing is I wish they had hush puppies. Great little spot.
Make today amazing and never stop moving forward!
