I ordered the moo goo gai pan after much thought. ... not something I have ever ordered before.. .. it was delicious. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. ..but the mushrooms stood the show! They were nutty and buttery. Amazing. Not a fancy interior- the food is worth it for sure!

Awesome food. When you go here, don't expect good service, ambiance, and cleanliness. But, do expect great tasting food. And you cannot beat the price also, it's considerably cheap for what you're getting. It's worth the trip just for the food. That's all I care about this place.

Great but ghetto. My favorite Chinese restaurant. It's pretty dirty but the food and price is unbeatable. Tastiest food ever. I would recommend the stir fry crab, lobster, scallops, beef chow fun, salt and pepper shrimp, chinese brocolli or greens. Get the asian menu.

The orange chicken lunch special (7- days a week special) was so good, I don't even mind a bottled soda instead of a fountain drink soda. The service is always great. It's an old building, but plenty of space between tables. Parking in back.

Love the food and the service there. We ordered roasted pork, roasted duck and Swiss Chard. The skin of the pork and duck were so crispy, the veggie was fresh and everything tasted so good. Two ladies who served us were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

NEW OWNERS SINCE 2021 so ignore old reviews. Very plain, unassuming restaurant but ignore that because the food is delicious. We had the house chow fun, vegetable fried rice and yu Shan eggplant and it was all delicious. Our server, Linda, was very helpful as we hadn’t been there before. Definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try!

We will return. Surprisingly the place was nearly empty on the night we visited. Taste is individual I know, but we have been struggling here in Phoenix to find Chinese food that to our mind tastes as good as in the East and the Midwest. The dumplings were great (what we would call potstickers), the wonton soup very good, the salt & pepper tofu very good. The spicy eggplant was well cooked but the vinegar overpowered all the other flavors. It's a well maintained but older building on a corner lot with lots of parking. Service was prompt & helpful.

Important!! Under new ownership. I haven't been here for years. I'm so glad the food has drastically improved. My family is super happy because we now have a spot with amazing food and very friendly service. We ate Salt & Pepper pork chop, vegetable chow mein, half duck, and orange chicken. All was perfect. I'm not a fan of orange chicken but I could drink that sauce all day. My 7 year old wanted to give the review seven stars!! We will definitely be back. We are keeping a menu to ensure we eat everything on it. Please support this restaurant. Phoenix needs these types of places that focus on making the food good.

Great place for Chinese food! There is always a table open for you. I'm really surprised this place isn't busier than it is. The parking lot always seems to only have a car or two, so maybe that makes people think it's not good, or it's not open, but it really is. Give this place a try. I think you'll like it.

Been here 5 times in 6 weeks. We don’t live in the area but happened upon this restaurant when we were nearby and did a search. Not that familiar with Phoenix but one of my criteria was available parking, so that’s how we ended up trying this place. Found out later that this restaurant opened late July 2021 so information prior to that, e.g., menus, is for a different restaurant. We’re very particular about Chinese food. Travelled quite a bit to Hong Kong, Singapore and other Asian countries looking for quality food even at the expense of ambiance. Food here is very good, with fresh ingredients. We’ve eaten several of the seafood dishes. To check freshness in any restaurant , order highly perishable seafood. Doesn’t take much aging for tastes and odors to be affected. Salted and spicy squid is my daughter’s favorite. Fresh squid perfectly fried; squid takes a very short time to go from raw to overcooked and tough. Very mild “spicy“ unless you eat the spice. All dishes we’ve tried have been very good: chicken, pork, seafood, hot pots. Servings are generous with large amounts of protein. It’s common in other restaurants where a pork dish, for example, consists mostly of fillers such as rice and vegetables with a token amount of pork.

The service, the atmosphere and the prices for the mouthwatering food they serve here is mind blowing!! 🤯 The Peking duck here is AMAZING!! And nowhere near as expensive as other places. And I've been to almost every restaurant that sells roasted duck! Took my employees back some and they are hooked now!! And so am I

The lady at the desk is really nice, and the food is very good. I was hesitant on eating here, but the nice woman convinced to give them a try. I was not disappointed and I come back regularly now.

Delicious, authentic food with great table service! Enjoyed every delicious bite. All the meats were tender and perfectly seasoned. Portion sizes perfect with enough for a few leftovers. Clean and spacious. Enjoyed a fun birthday party here with a group who know what authentic Cantonese looks and tastes like and everyone was superbly pleased! Thank you!

So the first thing when you come in to this restaurant, it smell the usual dingey smell. But that tells you that this restaurant has been around. But once you over come the smell, the dish that they make is very good. Well, at least some. I had a stir fried dumplings鍋貼, which was ok. However, the stir fried beef Chao Fun 乾炒牛河was excellent. It had a good thick rice noodle consistency, fresh scallion, and bean sprouts, with the just fine seasoning. Not too salty and not too plain. It comes out super hot (temp) which is awesome. Ate the whole thing. Would recommend things that they make and not from what they pre-bought. You can ask the waitress on which is made by them. Overall, I would go back again.👍🏼

This location seems to have had a couple of owners come-and-go. I hope these folks are successful and stay firmly planted. The owner, Linda, was quite gracious. I got seated, and began to scan the menu. I look for things other than the 'usual suspects', LOL. Anything outside the mundane box that it's too easy to remain in. However, rest assured that the standard fare is there, like Kung Pao Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, Mu-Shu, etc. When I asked for recommendations, Ms. Linda suggested the very same thing I'd seen which sounded intriguing. So, I ordered the pork belly on mustard greens, and the shitaake shrooms with Chinese Broccoli(aka bok-choy). The large, thick slabs of pork were melt-in-your-mouth tender, and there was NO bitterness in the greens at all. In fact, there was also napa cabbage in the mix. The shrooms were so meaty, you needed a knife to cut them up. Most were too large to eat in one bite. The bok-choy was crispy at the root end, and tender on the leafy end. Both dishes were outstanding. Then I asked her about dessert items. I had a 'moon cake', which was very dense, and not disgustingly sweet. It was also quite good. I would certainly order every one of them again. They are closed TUESDAYS, but run from 11a-9pm on the other days of the week. I heartily encourage you to try them!
