Reviews Bush's Chicken

Wish I could give 6 stars! I live closer to a Cane's and choose visit Bush's instead frequently. They have amazing sauces for the chicken tenders, haven't tried a side I do not like. Rolls are always warm and soft. And that is not all... The service here is top notch! Every employee is patient, helpful, provides suggestions, and so polite! A refreshing change from the norm from 'fast food' places. Highly recommend, make sure you ask about the seasoning salt. If it is your first time go inside to order. If you tell them it is your first time there I am sure they will explain the process. :)

We actually meant to try it when it first opened up, but forgot.... now like a year or so later we finally did. My southern friend was supper happy with the Gravy and Chicken and the Green Beans. She said they tasted better than her fave restaurant in Kentucky. I personally agree, I hate gravy but omg it was good and peppery in a good way. The rolls were great and soft too. First impression is a bit belated but very good. The service was good and the lady letting me know someone would be out soon to take my order was very friendly, and the guy who came out and took our order we thank for his suggestion on what to order. It was all very good.

So far I have been pleased with coming here for lunch. The place has always been very clean and has a nice dining area. I think that they are under staffed. If two or more people are in line expect to wait a while. So far every time that I have been here the order process has been pretty slow and there is usually only one person working the front counter and one working the drive through. But I don't mind a little bit if a wait for some good food, and so far my meals have been great every time.

It was my first visit here. The food came out hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were slightly breadier than I prefer, but better than McDonald's by far. The sweet roll is worth returning for on its own. The jalapeno ranch had a zip, and the country gravy was just right. Overall, I'm highly likely to return to try the bone in fried chicken.

The service here is absolutely wonderful- so polite yet comfortable, just perfect service. They really listen and don't seem like overworked people with fake smiles plastered on- no, they seem genuine and not forced. I was a little caught off guard by the odd drive through set up, but it works better. The food is pretty good. Chicken and mashed potatoes are both better than competitors' versions. I do wish they had a grilled option, but that's okay. Not a fan of their tea, and I normally love tea.

Haven’t even tasted the food yet but it smells wonderful. I want to say that it’s my first time here. I used the drive up. Jessica at the bell and 6th ave location served me. She was WONDERFUL. She left such a great first impression. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, polite, etc. I never write reviews... I mean I never ever do, but she was just so sweet that I wanted her to know that she really made my night. People in fast food positions such as these...it’s almost impossible to run into one so genuinely sweet such as her. FIVE STARS :)

Although the checkout process is a little awkward. The service and food has always been phenomenal. We love the crispness of the coating and moistness of the meat. We like spicy foods and prefer the spiciness in the coating that a competition has. But overall Bush's is excellent!!!

5 stars because overall I am always taken care of. The food is always fresh, and my order is correct. I love their chicken breast over all the types of chicken they serve. It always hits the southern in my heart. The sweet tea as well, just a cup full of sugar. It's great. The best part is that my food is too fresh, I always have to wait several minutes for the food to cool off. They also have WiFi at this location. Password upon request

First time trying them. Was not disappointed. We will be back. It was also the first time I have ever tried dipping my chicken in gravy "it was AWESOME". Prices are a little high but you get huge pieces of chicken and a good size portion with the meal deal. Staff very friendly, clean restaurant. Overall very happy, better than Canes, Popeyes, and KFC. Update 7/12/17 Went in today for dinner, started to order and was told flat out we don't have thighs, nothing else, they didn't bother to say if they were cooking more or try and get us to buy another section. Not good customer service. Better step up your game or you will find yourself in the same league as KFC.

The food quality is excellent. Staff is eager to take care of you and very friendly. They will offer to take your trash and get you refills. Being in the restaurant industry myself, I pick up some things that others might not. I can tell you this though, this chain will succeed in the Phoenix market if they continue doing what they do. Great Job to all the staff here. This has made it to my "list" for fast food and that's hard to do 😁

Very good chicken, comes to you hot and fresh, not like other disgusting places like kfc. The meal was very large that I got, 3 chicken tenders is definitely worth the value, the employees are all very nice and the place is clean. Nothing like other fast food restaurants.

Amazing chicken, fries hot and fresh, rolls are fresh out of oven and the gravy is not the greatest but good dipping sauce for the chicken and fries. The price is quite high imo but worth it due to fab chicken! Looks like Tender Tuesday is a great deal but I went on a Sat 😂

Really great food! The chicken is super tender and everything is served hot. The only odd thing is that you have to stand at the counter awkwardly until they fill your order, THEN they do the money & you scramble trying to manage the food and put away your change/receipt while they start taking the next person's order. Feels weird.
