Not sure why all the hate. My husband and I went and everything went well. We were helped immediately, drinks were fast, bread was fast and food was fast and hot almost to hot to eat. It was delicious and the female waitress was excellent. There was nothing wrong with our food at all, other than I didn't really care for the pasta salad but I'm a picky eater. We've ordered and dined in at this location for awhile now and have never had a problem here with the food or the wait staff. I would recommend this place if you like phillies or pizza!
Excellent food and service. I’ll be stopping by a lot more for more excellent food and service. The people that gave all the bad reviews must not have any taste at all.
Great staff, great food and great atmosphere. Its not the Ritz but good New York style pizza. My fat is thin crust. The Best!!!!!

I am a vegetarian and they have the best cheese pizza. Hot tea is available and if possible get Trish as your waitress. She is the best, efficient, kind and thoughtful
Had dinner there tonight first time ever... And the pizza and wings were amazing definitely coming back. Great food and friendly and fast service.. Cant wait to try the pasta :)
Great restaurant, scott and his staff are all great people and the food is good too! Very friendly and I would recommend to everyone.
The pizza and all the menu items are first rate. We eat here often. One of our favorites.

Terry was the best! I work retail and it's usually hard to exceed what I would do for my own customers, but I was treated above and beyond what "good" customer service is. Because of Terry I will return again!

I have been to this location a couple of different times far in between. The staff isn’t always the same but each time but the ones that were working were friendly and had great customer service. The food was on point. Atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing.
Ordered placed online,picked up at drive thru window. We had the coliflower crust pizza and the antipasto salad, and both were very good. Definitely recommend 👌.

She was friendly, warm, knowledgeable and offered us several different options. Brianna is awesome & deserves a promotion! We've been eating here for years... Best pizza in Phoenix, hands down!! (*It's the dough) Great customer service too! Simply outstanding.
Best pizza I've had in a while!! Cheese bread was good but the pizza was the star!
Update: Still delicious, but last order, which was a delivery, notes were not followed for toppings on only half the pizzas.

The family and I decided to stop in the other night and have dinner, and we could not have been more pleased. The service and more importantly, the food were the best we’ve had in a long time. We loved every dish we got, and we will certainly be returning soon!

Call ahead and place your order. Pizza is excellent. Have ordered here many times. Pizza is always fantastic. I usually get pizza by the slice. $4 for a slice of cheese pizza, a big slice. In a personal box, it's the bomb. And you can go next door to the bar and wait, have a drink, while you're waiting for your order. They have a drive-thru. I never get out of the car.
I have lived in Phoenix for 17 months....I have to say this is the best East Coast Pizza I have had....The food and service was out of this world!!! Elijah our server was phenomenal... You now have a regular customer for life!!!

If there was a three and a half Stars I would give that. The food was just okay and for the price you paid it was definitely not a five-star experience. However the service was quite good which is why three and a half Stars would have been better. When you pay $60 with tip for a calzone, a meatball sandwich and a salad you should be able to expected that food is pretty amazing.
The lasagna pizza just might change your life for the better. Pizza was phenomenal and the delivery driver was genuine and kind with a giant smile!
Food as expected. Friendly and helpful service. Not busy and clean . Fast pizza to go too. Bigger pizza for a little more than other nearby pizza place. Try it and see if it's for you. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It's a small cozy place. I've lived in the neighborhood 38 years and I've never been annoyed by them. Food and service has always been consistently good.
