Delicious and fresh! The young ladies working there are polite and friendly. There's so many options available, but I always go plain ol' vanilla. The sweet cream is a fantastic choice for someone who likes treats but nothing too sweet.

Yumm yumm n yummm ….cost wise little high I feel but I can’t resist myself from not eating it. I take them anyways 😆 love coffee with brownie flavor. Sometimes strawberry with brownie 😝 well brownie is must 😆 my son loves it too. Waiting for SUMMER.
Possibly the Best Cold Stone Creamery in the valley! My visit there on 7.24.23 was exceptional and the blonde young lady that helped me out truly made my otherwise dreadful day 100% Better, TY😁
Walked in 10 minutes till close on New Years Eve. Was greated by a couple very nice people who, eventhough ready to be home for new years. Took great care of us! Highly recommend. Those 2 workers went above and beyond with my requests and I plan to call and let their manager know how much their help was appreciated!!
Best ice cream! I love the banana. You should try the Founders Favorite with Banana ice cream–so good! My wife likes the German Chocolate with Sweat Cream Ice cream. This is a very nice and fun location, it's also nice to walk around and people watch. Even on a hot day you can enjoy the misters and eat your ice cream.
The ice cream is Rich, as always.
The serving sizes are large.
The flavor variety, and customizable combinations can make every trip interesting.
The location is nice, right in the main courtyard area of the mall.
Plenty of seating areas, and in the winter, they even have heaters outside.
Its a good place to bring friends or kids.
When we went it was super busy the line actually went out the door.
Even thou two ppl working the line for few minutes the staff's attitude was still super nice and listened. They were out of some of the ingredients but understandable consider the overwhelming amount of customers and end of the nice.
I got a cup so I could mix stuff w the I've cream cuz other wise it would fall off a cone.
My friend and I went in on a Thursday night 3/24 to be exact. A lovely young lady named Brie (I hope I am spelling that correctly) gave outstanding customer service! The whole team was great, but I really want to recognize Brie. And of course the ice cream was delish!

I cannot get enough of this place. We frequent Desert Ridge for many things but mostly FOOD!! I love to stop into Cold Stone Creamery after a movie, or shopping, or even dinner. This location is great! The service has always been amazing, especially the manager, Tessa. They are all so sweet (pun intended) as we discuss ice cream choices and they are always on top of the newest flavors.
I use them for catering all the time. We have various business events and their catering options are ALWAYS a hit, especially as a wedding addition. I could not be more please with the management. They are always accommodating and offer fun little extras to customize cakes, cookies, and cupcakes for my customers and special occasions. Personally, my favorite location outside of Tempe Market Place!
Get some ice cream and support these guys!!!
Best ice cream in town. Wish there was another location closer to cave creek. Friendly staff, walked in 10 mins before close, felt horrible. But they were super friendly and even gave my kiddos a couple samples to try!
Who doesn't like ice cream !! I get the coffee lovers which has heath bars...the server at the counter was very nice and talkative..she did tell us that their coupons never expire so it was my husband's birthday which we signed up for their email and he received a buy one get one free for his birthday..the lady told us to screen shot the coupon and we can use it forever!! We'll never have to pay for 2 again!!! Which is good because the big love it is $6.95
