I was dealing with Monica in the office and she was awesome! Very helpful and IMO she went above and beyond to help me out getting things squared away for move in! Whole office was helpful and friendly.
Added bonus I spoke with a friend that said he only rents from Mark Taylor properties because they always seem sold, helpful and do a good job.
1 day Benny came by and took care of couple things needed right way.

We have lived at this complex since 2020, and overall the experience is positive. The maintenance staff and courtesy officers are prompt and professional. They provide updates on property maintenance and events consistently on the Henri App and via email. They have emergency maintenance as well as overnight security, so if you have a noise complaint after hours, you can call and they will take care of it. This is the main highlight and major reason I would hesitate to move to another apartment community. Their level of service is unmatched.
It is not a spacious community. Buildings are huddled close to parking lot and are close together. The walkways are narrow and right on the curb and almost in people’s balconies. There is a lot of dog poop around the property, especially in the 2 grassy areas. The complex isn’t kid friendly. There aren’t many places for kids to play without dealing with cars in the parking lot or dog poop in the grass areas. Yes, the complex is constantly sending emails reminding residents to pick up after their animals, but they’re constantly sending them for a reason... We appreciate the effort, however.
Pool is normally well maintained minus the pool lights. It’s dark water, so don’t swim at night, unless they’ve fixed them in the last 2 months. It is heated in winter. They just renovated the pool area and there are hammocks and cabanas now.
Parking is plentiful except on Sunday mornings.
It’s a great complex for singles and couples overall, but I wouldn’t recommend Spectra if you have young kids that like being outside. Prepare to drive to do anything outdoors-related that doesn’t involve a pool. Lol.

I’ve only been here a few weeks, but my experience has been amazing since. The leasing team and maintenance are amazing! I had a few move-in maintenance requests. The team have been so accommodating to my schedule with no fuss. I’ve never had requests completed so quickly. The leasing office has even followed up with me when I’m in conversation with them to make sure they haven’t missed anything! They truly do care to make sure they’re providing the best service.
There’s plenty of dog bags and trash bins all around the complex, which came in handy when I ran out! Both of my dogs LOVE the dog park and there’s so much room for them to run around to get their energy out. This is truly one of the most dog friendly apartments I’ve come across.
I work from home during the day, and the noise level is nonexistent. I might just be lucky with my neighbors, but there’s even barely much during the evening to night as well. One of my dogs can be reactive to noise, so it’s HUGE that he’s not being set off in an apartment setting!
Love this place! The location is so convenient, I feel safe here, and the pool is to die for! I love how it’s right off the 101, AND everything I need is within 10 mins! The pool is so nice and it’s perfect for all the summer pool days ahead! I love my newly renovated apartment, it has all the modern amenities I was looking for at a good price too! The staff here is amazing, when I recently moved in Christina was super helpful and friendly! They also just had an event for dogs, my fur baby got some treats and I got a mimosa, they key to my heart!
We had been with 2 management companies in the little over two years we lived here. We started with Alliance and Mark Taylor took over shortly after. The complex has definitely improved leaps and bounds since Mark Taylor took over. A lot of work has been done by Victoria in management along with the staff. I'm definitely a tough critic and probably not managements favorite resident but I have to give them kudos. The property itself is cleaner and better kept. It is gated but one gate seems to be broken often. There is a security guard at night. Management is more on top of enforcing lease policies. Maintenance here is absolutely excellent. Probably the best maintenance staff I've had in any rental situation. Great work Mark Taylor! Keep it up.
We usually get Benny and he’s always friendly and on top of the task given, always does an amazing job and get it done !
I have lived in this community for a couple years. And Alan and Benny on the maintenance staff are awesome. They are always very helpful and kind and explain the work they are doing. They also go out of their way to make sure things are attended to in a timely manner.
I moved out of this community a while ago but recently work has brought me back for a second time. The grounds are very well kept and the curb appeal is there! We had hardly any maintenance issues and the if we did, they were addressed promptly. Parking was no issue which is uncommon for apartments. We loved the amenities, all staff we encountered, and our apartment was so spacious!! We were very pleased! The only reason we moved was because we had a baby and needed more space.
Serene, beautiful, spacious living with community pool, club house, gym, computer office room and entertainment room. Residents are kind and friendly and maintenance is excellent at repairs/requests ect. In a timely thorough manner. I love all the plants and cleanliness.
We have only lived at Spectra on 7th for a little under 3 weeks now but our experience so far has been wonderful. We have had to put in a couple maintenance requests and they have been very prompt and thorough. They have been very helpful, especially Benito, he’s been the one to help us every time. We put in a maintenance request last night for our fridge and Benito came by 2pm the following day. Definitely would recommend this apartment complex!

I don't move in until the end of this month so I can't say how it is living at Spectra on 7th but what I can say is that the leasing consultant Jordan has been amazing with helping me find a new home! I applied while Jordan was out for the weekend so I ended up working with Daniel (I am sure Daniel is a great leasing consultant) but I did not feel as though I was being taken care of (I needed to know if I was approved as soon as possible because I have to move out of my current house in less than 30 days). It was hard to communicate with him and I ended up being the one who had to constantly call/email in order to figure out what the next steps were and what he needed from me to get approved. Once Jordan got back the ball started rolling and I ended up signing my lease within 24-48 hours! I am in property management so I understand that it can get busy at times and I truly appreciate the office team for their hard work on getting me approved so quickly (especially during this difficult time). I look forward to moving in and enjoying all of the beautiful amenities!
I have lived at Spectra for almost a year now and I love it here! the Office and Maintenance staff are professional, courteous and amazing! The upgraded Club house and Gym is looking way better than before, which are my favorite amenities right now. I want to thank the staff for making this a wonderful place to stay.

I have lived at Spectra on 7th South for over a year now with my boyfriend and we truly love it. First of all, I LOVE the location. Being right next to the 101 is incredible! I love being able to get to most places in 20ish mins :) Spectra itself is also amazing. The maintenance team is friendly and always on time. They do a great job! I've lived at 3 apartments in the past and have been used to having to double check the work that was requested! So, that is lovely. Spectra is also really well taken care of and my neighbors are courteous and kind. During covid, they closed down their business center for renovations, which I used to print off shipping labels for my business. They have been so helpful in printing off my shipping labels whenever I need them. AND they just reopened their gym, clubhouse, and business center and it's quite the treat. I truly feel cared for by the staff and am happy to be apart of this community. :) I appreciate all of the leasing office staff. Vika and Jordan have a way of making you feel important and just at home. I think I could go on and on. Overall, it's a really pleasant experience to live here and I love my apartment :)
This property is one of the best I have lived at so far! Really nice office staff that communicate well. The Maintenance team do a wonderful job at completing my work orders and are really good about following up. Amenities are great especially the renovated fitness center and clubhouse!
