The buffalo boneless wings were a little cool because there was too much sauce 😕 and the sauce was cold
The buffalo sauce is spicy and buttery tasting but it tastes good
They have changed the buns on their sliders, less bready more like the Hawaiian bread rolls
The cherry turnover was really good, very flaky and flavorful

First time trying Arby’s EVER!! gotta say this value is good!!! I tried the chicken cheddar ranch one and it was huge!!! Staff was friendly, place is clean

They said we are working on it. Waited 5 minutes.
Followed up with another associate that asked if I'd been helped. Showed him my order, he said we don't have it.
I said I paid for it. He said what address.
I stated that address.
Went to my car to get my printed email order.
Came back in.
They " had it" then.
Got almost everything I ordered online.
Just not the marinara for the cheese sticks, and no ranch as a side for one of my orders.
They put the 7 drinks in two carriers for me, that was helpful.
The chick who was packing my order with the long, fake red hair, needs customer service classes. 😑
I didn't go inside it was a drive-thru order but the service is great and the food's always good

The food was good but the dining area was filthy. As customers, we shouldn't have to clean our table and chairs before sitting down to eat. What's up with all the staff standing around chatting and messing around instead of cleaning the place up? I don't understand this...
Drive thru has wonderful people that greet you with a smile and are willing to accommodate you for your meal and condiments.
The young lady at the counter should be praised for her customer service. We were greeted when we came in, promptly helped with our order, and received fast, fresh food. Highly recommend
