Best Darn App in the Industry. There is always a coupon to help a Brother/Sister out for a cheap meal. IT'S MCDONALD'S. If you've never had Mickey D's then you are either 1 Month Old, From North Korea, or Locked in some Serial Killer's Basement. And if you are in that Basement, you should be spending your time figuring out how to escape and not reading Google Reviews. Well Maybe Google Reviews on Hacksaws and LockPick sets but definitely not MCDONALD'S.
We went through the drive thur first, then my great nephew wanted a smoothie. The inside was a little busy, I went to a computer to place my order. Then 15 minutes later my number was called. The only choice of using a computer to place such a small, then it should be a registers for those customers. The staff was very slow laughing in talking among each other while the customers had no choice but to stand there waiting. There are some customers that are unable, for whatever personal reasons standing in line. Especially when you see staff not concern about their Customers WAITING!!!!!!!!
I haven't been a big fan of McDonalds because beginning with the Covid Era, their service has been atrocious. It seemed as if they were actively trying to drive customers away.
I'm happy to say that it looks as if they have discovered that that is not an effective business model. While the service is not on the level of a Chili's or Charleston's (or about a hundred other places) they appear to be at least trying.
In the past, when I ordered at the kiosk, it seemed as if my order would disappear into the ether, and I would have to go to the counter and ask what was going on.
They are almost forcing customers to order from the kiosk now, but at least my order does come up with no prompting from me.
I'm not a big fan of restaurants effectively forcing customers to use the ordering kiosk, but I understand that there is a difficulty getting competent, reliable employees these days.
All in all, I see a great improvement in the service at McDonalds.
The food? Well, it is McDonalds. Meh!

Everything was made fresh n all but come on....
At least try and get 10% of the Big Mac sauce in the Big Mac. I had to stop at QuikTrip to grab some ketchup to put on it . 😆
Laura, the general manager is the nicest person ever. The staff are trained well, food is ALWAYS FRESH, when asked. If you have any problem, they will try there best to fix it! Clean restaurant and bathrooms. I recommend here for fresh food and friendly staff!
Was an ok McDonald's. But service was split in two. The man who was taking orders was busy. The kitchen crew ignored my friend when he was asking for napkins. Then shouted to get their attention. Which seemed to be a discussion of what or where they were going or had been. They werent interested at all in doing their jobs
