Just stopped at this BK on a road trip and I had to write to say that one of your employees (Kylie) is probably the best fast food employee ever. She was friendly, polite and efficient. She even came to our booth to check if we needed additional sauces or refills. We were really impressed and told her so. But I wanted to make sure that her employers also know what a good job she's doing.
Such a friendly staff here at this location!! I live in the area and they are always friendly and helpful. My order is always correct and they always have my favorite red icee treat available as the other locations I have been to do not. The times I have been here and they have been randomly closed were disappointing, but I am sure it has to do with staffing issues. Other than that, it is typically satisfactory.

Stop here in the mornings for breakfast or lunch sometimes. Always quick around the drive-thru. As of lately its been a better experience as the morning drive-thru guy is super nice and positive and just that little bit sets the tone for the day. Wasnt always like that, def improvement.
Love the Whopper Jr! Wish they could grill the onions.
There is the NICEST older Hispanic woman who works the morning I've noticed and shes soooo sweet and helpful. I come here in the mornings when I have extra cash just to see her. She will melt anyone's heart ❤️
Great place to stop on the way out of town to flagstaff. Quick service. Accurate. Clean environment and good staff.
Right now they are drive-thru only so the atmosphere wasn't really there but they honor the Burger King app coupon and gave me a really good impossible Burger. They also remembered no salt on the french fries so that was good
The manager Sonia is the best. Both her and Irene need a raise.

I love this burger king! The energy here ive got to say is so positive. I frequent this burger king more often now that they have gotten rid of the girl in the glasses she was so angry and very abrupt with people the energy was so stifled but now it different. My food seems hotter the air seems lighter. I'm always am greeted with friendly and warm welcome and how is your my day going and remember me with a welcome back today ill definitely be telling my family and friends to come to the 23rd Ave and happy valley rd. Burger King today!
