This place has some gluten free options. I have celiac and didn’t get sick, I got the bacon cheeseburger which French fries, the French fries were baked in the oven separate from the non gluten free fries. The fries were very good along with the cheese burger. Service was very nice they told you about their memorabilia and that you could walk around and look at everything. Love this place and would love to go here again.

To start the waitresses are fantastic with 10 star service. They have outside patio dining with your pets. They were so nice they brought each pet their own free hamburger 🍔. The puppys loved their burger 💕. I had a hamburger 🍔 also and my wife had Mac and cheese.. Everything was done to perfection.
My wife and I love the Hard Rock Cafe. We go where ever there is one. The manager and several other staff came up and talked to us for a bit. They were very nice and made sure everything was perfect. Loved this location and would definitely go back. The food was great.

Usually, the food is hit or miss here, and with the festivities of the weekend #SMJI23, surprisingly, it was a hit! We waited bout an hour for a seat, but it was ok and we had quite the sho on the outside....I had the burger and it was absolutely delicious! My son loved his tenders and fries, which out of all our stops on this trip, he loved all the places we have gone for food! We loved our server Andy, wish I had room for one more and wasn't driving for another one of those jeepinavsion leftover drinks! Lol
Loved it, the strawberry daiquiri are delicious and huge. The hamburgers are awesome. Highly recommend the pizza flatbread appetizer !
We finally were able to check this place out! The food was awesome. The cool music memorabilia was pretty amazing and the service was fast and friendly. Love this place. Can't wait to come back for our next vacation!
Food was good. We did the pretzel appetizer, the fried chicken sandwich, and country burger. The only thing I did not like was trying to view the memorabilia with tables in front of it. I felt like I was invading the space of other guests.
We enjoyed ourselves at Pigeon Forge Hard Rock Cafe this evening. Our cute waitress was 33 weeks pregnant. Although tired and fatigued Ashe gave us awesome service. She has been employed 2 years, loves her job & the company. It shows!!! Our food was delicious, fried chicken sandwiches & pulled BBQ sandwich. The decor was entertaining & we felt free to walk around to take in all the music memorabilia.
One of my go to places to eat. I love the history of the place and the food is amazing. The staff are very friendly and down to earth.
Its been one of my favorite and my husband absolutely favorite. Drinks are amazing, food is fine. Ambience is nice and server did very well!
It's been a while since we ate at a Hard Rock Cafe. While the food was great, the atmosphere was very disappointing. It's not as "Rock" as it used to be. The music playing was too recent to enjoy. Many people dining were older than 50 and obviously not enjoying the music. A dress of Taylor Swift? Yet a pic of Stevie Ray Vaughan outside the restrooms? Like I said the food was great.
Went and got the Country Burger. Waiter was attentive and got our food out to us quickly. The waiter made sure that our orders were correct even though every order was slightly modified from the standard menu selection.
Consistency is key here. Always good food! I had the bbq bacon burger and Onion rings. I’ve had them a few times and they never disappoint!
Mac & cheese was a little weird bc there were red pepper chunks in it???? But the pulled pork was awesome and the mojitos were FIRE.
First time eating at Hard Rock since they moved to Pigeon Forge. We love the way they decorate with all the rock memorabilia and have different quotes from the band members on the wall. The good thing about the move is now they have parking and you don’t have to pay to park and walk a mile. We had burgers, fries and hot wings with a soda. The food was delicious and and cooked perfectly. When it comes to the staff and service , they were top notch and were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. They server we had she was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different memorabilia and the bands. The manager came around to all the tables asking questions about the service and how the food was and asking if we needed anything. I would have to say that my overall experience was extremely good and I would recommend Hard Rock to everyone. Well I hope everyone who goes has as good of a time as we did. We will definitely be going back!!!
The inside was really nice and i loved all the music they where playing. The spicy shrimp was beyond delicious 🤤 im still thinking about them . I had the salmon and it was really good but the vegetables it came with it where cold .the margarita was really good 😊 i had 2.
