The cheesecake factory is a place me and my wife often visit to pick up a piece if cheesecake to take home after a visit to the Southside for dinner. Recently we decided to go ahead and have dinner also at the restaurant. The food was great. We ordered the Tex Mex egg rolls and beet salad for small plates and my wife ordered Sheppard pie and I got a turkey burger. Everything was terrific and the service was perfect. Will go again.
The food will always be good here. Our waitress were friendly and checked up on us. The place gets busy on weekends and very noisy. We ordered the hot honey chicken with mash potatoes and broccoli and I got the Chicken Madeira with mash potatoes and asparagus. We ordered the Buffalo blast to share which is a classic! They did get new menus this year made which allowed me to figuring out inflation has hit the Cheesecake Factory chain restaurant. They offer lots of options so it is overwhelming. Overall great date place. Once in a while occasion. We did get two cheesecake (Banana Foster and Celebration) through the reward.
My friends and I visited here for first time 13 years ago, and it is a special place for us. I visited them many times during the 13 years and we never really got a chance to go to cheesecake factory again...well, it's a big city and there are so many options. But finally, we were able to find a time and hang out and enjoy the food here again. It was still soooo good. The crab dip was awesome! The pineapple chicken was soooo delicious!! Highly recommend!! Service was always good.
You don’t need to read my review to know that the Cheesecake Factory is a 10/10. This restaurant chain knows what they are doing. I highly recommend getting the Parmesan herb crusted chicken - it is absolutely divine. My husband got the smokehouse burger and it was tasty. I always end the night with their lemon raspberry cheesecake. Enjoy!
Delish! The cauliflower bites were so good. Most locations cook the holy hell out of them till they are mush these had a good bite to them and held together, with an outstanding flavor!
The pick 2 chicken and steak with asparagus was delectable. The asparagus was cooked well, had a crunch and good bite to it with minimal seasoning. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection and the chicken was moist and fell apart with no effort.
I’m not a fan of chain restaurants when I travel but this location knocked it out of the park! Service was above average but not superb, probably because they were packed! The atmosphere was nice as far as lighting an seating space but it was loud with music and all the people. Some sort of sound suppression would be a good addition with the large open space, sound just travels and echos through the room.
We always have a wonderful time and meal here. I'm actually not a fan of cheesecake but they have the most AMAZING cheesecake here and soo many different kinds! I'm not sure if they offer a sample variety pack, but I'd love to try them all one day.
Went last night with the family again. Our server was awesome and attentive, his name was Drey I believe! ( I apologize if I didn't spell it correctly) Even though his section was full, he did an amazing job and keeping up with everything. Excellent with the kids and us.
Food was amazing as always. We tried the sweet corn tamale cakes this time for an appetizer, was a different spin on tamales but was excellent!
I tried the Macaroni and cheese burger, wasn't sure if I was going to like it or not but that was awesome too!
Lastly finished off with my favorite Godiva chocolate cheesecake, which I actually had to get togo because I was stuffed from everything else.
Wonderful all around, we will be back again!
Cheesecake Factory Comeback! It’s been over a year and they have definitely stepped up their game, almost back to the pre COVID glory days. Thank you. Sitting at the bar is the best. Great job. Blue Moon, tasty Long Island, Thai Lettuce Wraps, steaming bread, and a really good Chicken Parmesan-sandwich. Yum!!!
I got the Chicken Medeira and Steak Diane combo. Definitely got my money's worth with this dish. The steak came out just the way I ordered, the chicken was juicy, and the asparagus was nice and crispy. Also need to acknowledge the bar for making a killer Bourbon and Honey drink, absolutely amazing
I ordered shrimp scampi and steak Diane combo which was wonderful. Coconut mojito topped off a perfect meal. We always go here when shopping or staying in south side.
Our server was fantastic, the food was phenomenal as always. I will always come back here. We even were told it would be over an hour wait but we were sat in 20 mins.
Great service, and an extensive menu - something for everyone. Love the fresh bread served while you wait for the order to arrive. It's also a cheery and bustling environment, and we always like it there! Portion size is good - not too much and not too little - just right. We still ended up packing a couple of items, but that's because of the two rounds of the bread basket we had already consumed!
Went there with my family and we had a great time with great food and all. We had an omelette each and took the classic strawberry cheesecake with us. We left with a full stomach and were totally happy.

Had a fantastic dinner tonight at The Cheesecake Factory. For it being a super busy Saturday night, everything & I do mean EVERYTHING we had was fresh & tasted phenomenal down to the fresh baked bread.
The Mojito’s were perfect & the Bistro Shrimp Pasta was absolutely insane. Hands down my favorite entree I’ve ever had here. They even took into accord my husband’s allergies & he was very pleased. Our waitress, Candice, was wonderful! I’d give this restaurant 5 stars just based on her service, truly. She was incredibly pleasant, attentive, quick & knew her stuff. She also handled her area very well & smiled the entire time. She had several tables but I don’t think any of us felt like we were left out or behind.
I’ve been to places that weren’t anywhere near as busy at this place was tonight & didn’t receive 1/4 of the hospitality & freshness of the food. The staff here seems to work very well together & under the perfect supervision to execute such a flawless performance while being packed wall to wall. 5 stars well deserved. Thank you!
First-time visitor, the waiter was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I was a little disappointed in the Chicken Alfredo (I try it at every new restaurant), I guess I was expecting a little more. It was "okay." The cheesecakes were amazing, although one had a burnt crust and was missing the tip, which was also a little disappointing due to the cost. The tip just so happened to also be where they piled on the whipped cream like nobody would notice. We had gotten them to go and were 2 hours away before I noticed it. I'd possibly try again with some caution if I had the amazing waiter again. He made the experience worth it. My daughter loved the meatballs, and the shrimp scampi was good as well.
First time here. It was a long wait for noon on a Saturday. The server was very good; friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and visited several times throughout.
The food was good, but we did wait over 30 minutes after we ordered, and it was lukewarm on arrival. Not sure I would make this a regular stop.
Amazing food and service as usual. Our server Danielle was awesome and attentive. The lunch portion was perfect for me!
