I tried this for lunch and the Cheese Steak was outstanding. It was packed full of cheese, meat, and all the fixings. Later in the week I returned at night near to closing time. The selections for bread were limited and it wasn’t quite as full as the one I received during the lunch hour. It was still good but the lunchtime sandwich was so much better. I recommend going to earlier and not so close to closing time. You won’t be disappointed.
I originally ordered my food for delivery but there was an error with the service so I ended up having to reorder and pick it up in person. The staff was so friendly and helpful about the situation over the phone and in person. I would go back for the customer service alone, but the sandwiches being great was an added bonus!
Great experience here. We were running late for an event and the staff was very friendly and had the subs ready in a very quick amount of time. The quality was significantly better than your typical sub shop, and I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. All of the ingredients were very fresh as well! Thank you!

I was enticed by the retro neon red signs that lit up the whole restaurant. I loved the line style of ordering some found it confusing but once in the line it was a simple and inviting process. Then once seated I demolished the sub. The oil was deciding and delicious it added to the sub and earned the title as the best sub I have had I would suggest diabellos to any hungry sub loving people.
Classic American sandwich shop. Had the Godfather and it has hit the sweet spot. Much better than contemporary competitors.
The staff and food where great. I was there the other day and the lady at the cash register was so kind and friendly. The food is very good came out very fast. And you get to watch them make the food right there in the open. Very cool. I would highly recommend this place.
The subs ARE actually 16 inches long and taste quality is superb. Not dinky subway subs in hot dog buns. The retro atmosphere adds to experience.
By far, the best sub I have ever had in my entire life, (try ordering the "Godfather") however the service was a bit slow for us. Overall this restaurant is great and I would definitely recommend if you're in Pittsburgh.

Their subs are always awesome and the last time they actually forgot to put in the order for my 7-inch huggy and the manager decided to give me double that for the time I waited love DiBella's 🌈
OMG!!! The grilled uncle louie sub is out of this world! If you're a meat-eater and you haven't had this sandwich before then do yourself a favor and eat it today! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The veggie sub is good too if you're a vegetarian! 🤗 Absolutely love this place in case you didn't notice.
The Steak Hoagie was fire🔥 and the bread was super soft….
"Best sub you've ever had" is not just a slogan, but seems to be a promise, as well. DiBella's compares favorably to all other sub shops I've been to. The bread is flavorful. The meat and condiments are plentiful. Everything tastes fresh. Today has been my second visit, but whenever I'm going to be downtown in the future, DiBella's is where I will head for lunch.

I was craving a good deli sub the other day and I stumble across this little gem! When I say this is the best sub I’ve ever had I mean it! The bread was so tasty and all the ingredients put into my sub were refreshing and mouthwatering... btw try the famous dressing they offer it is superb!! The staff that works here must be very talented and know what they are doing. Hats off to the entire team making this my new favorite sub shop :)
Eric helped me today and really made a difference on my experience past and present. Was extremely helpful and so kind. Will be coming back to this location often
