Restaurant was busy as it was a Friday evening.
Hostesses (3) all looked bored and frumpy.
Used to this place being more upscale and classier but tonight it fell short.
Our waitress Melissa was very nice and friendly. She was doing the best she could as she had quite a few tables she was serving. She brought to our table some bread and dipping sauce. We ordered cocktails after a bit of a wait and it was a little watered down as two out of 3 drinks had no flavor and tasted weird.
We then ordered our meals. Never got water refills, got more bread but no sauce.
Shrimp Scampi and the Fettuccine Alfredo was good but noodles on the edges were dry and overcooked. (May have been sitting in the back too long before we received it.
Chicken, Spinach & Bacon Flatbread was the best plate of the evening. Highly recommend this starter item.
Nice and relaxing atmosphere. Good vibes. Servers are polite. Food is delicious. I ordered New York strip 14 oz and was well cooked , just the way I ordered. My wife got pasta. She liked it too. This Bravo location is so much better than other locations in the city.
If you want a restaurant with excellent service, clean and friendly atmosphere, and excellent Italian food menu stop here! The happy hour menu 1/2 price and starters are excellent. Family friendly!
Tuscan sausage scrambler + Peach Bellini drink
Meal specs:
Scrambled eggs - sizable pieces of sausage mixed with tomato & spinach. The sausage was spicy-ish. For someone who likes spicy I prefer more heat.
Fried potatoes - Lightly fried. They were hot, properly crispy & not oily. Thumbs up!
Cheese toast - It was okay. Nothing earth shattering.
Drink specs:
Semi slushy. Not my favorite. I like the un-shlushed portion. It was sweet but not too sweet. I would get it as a drink instead of a slushy if that is an option.
Service:
We sat at the bar & the bartender is very nice. She was busy but attentive.

Food was good. A little more pricey than olive garden but the quality is better. Kids loved the mac and cheese with their homemade sauce. Will return for birthdays and whatnot in the future.

The food is always great. I have never had a bad meal at Bravo. It is one of my favorite restaurants.

The service was excellent.
April was our server. She is very experienced, professional, and polite. I highly suggest that you ask for her to wait on your table.
Lovely atmosphere, warm & inviting. A little disappointed at alacart menu. Thought the Pasta Woozie was a little lacking in flavor for my palate. Service was excellent & take out order above expectations. We had a discount card, so that was very much appreciated. No reservation needed for late afternoon meal. Would definitely recommend.
Loved loved loved Bravo! Had great service and great food. Highly recommend the crispy ravioli and the pasta woozie - oh and the tiramisu was also excellent. I also love that this is attached to a mall so you can walk around after having a big meal. There is a parking lot as well which is an added bonus.
April was our waitress. She was superlative. Pleasant; clean in appearance; personable. She was very attentive. Food was served in a timely manner. Chopped salad and spaghetti Bolognese was exceptionally good.
Food was delicious, served hot. Waitress was pleasant, but not quite attentive enough. I had to call her to pour more water. It too way too long to get the bill -- the excuse was that her boss was unable to approve the change to our bill because he/she was on the phone. I thought the customer comes first!!
The Mediterranean salad is perfect for vegetarians. It has grilled veggies and I think farro, so it's more thought out than the only option being a house salad.
Had a holiday gathering here with friends. Great food and cocktails in addition to great service! It was a wonderful time, thank you so much!
Our server was Melissa, and she did a great job taking care of us even though the restaurant was very busy on Christmas Eve.
Not sure what people mean when they say that the quality dropped. I've been here 3 times in 2021, and it's been nothing but praise. Absolutely delicious Italian cuisine. I love love the bread and oil that comes with each meal. Lunch is a much better deal than dinner here.
