Great location at the Galleria mall. Hostess sat us quickly on the large patio. Server was prompt and the food and drinks are amazing. We were in time for happy hour and had beer and appetizers. We also had a person in the group with a gluten allergy and the bison burger on a gluten free bun with gluten free sweet potato fries were a big hit.
My wife and I went there for lunch, and we left super satisfied with food and service. The host was able to find us an outside table for a party of three and the waitress was super hospitable and kind with all of our requests. I’m always happy with their sweet potato fries portion which in my opinion suits perfectly for two people.
Amazing flavor was nostalgic and 🤤🤤 we tried the appetizer poutine and would recommend to anyone who loves gravy over fries with delicious cheese and meat! Cocktails were great as well. Thank you for you awesome service and great treats!
A great place to get a burger and get appetizers. unique featured burgers, good service. we had Mike J and he did an amazing job very attentive and checked on us often. Atmospheres rustic with nice placemats and sauces on the table.
We stopped at the Galleria location in Mount Lebanon for lunch. We ordered the Average Joe burgers, fries and ssome beers. The burgers came out cooked as ordered. We sat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and helpful.
This place is fantastic -- the servers are always amazing and the food is to-die-for. The aioli sauces are so good, and I really like how everything is a la carte. I feel like they really care with every meal we eat there, and based on the service, you can tell the managers do a great job training the employees. Great venue, great people, great food -- you can't go wrong with this place.
I came for a juicy burger and got what I came for...its a burger and fry place at its heart, and if you have simple expectations, you won't be disappointed. Service is just ok...like a lot of places post-Covid they struggle keeping enough staff to help the place run smoothly. Also, burgers are inconsistly cooked which is frustrating...they tend to pull burger when properly cooked which means it's slightly past where you may have requested. Not too expensive, and the parmesan fries are really good.
Came here after The Yard messed up my order. Not only was the staff here friendly, my order took less time than initially quoted. The food itself was high quality and my wife loved the poutine. I would definitely come back here to try their other items.
I love going on Monday’s because their milkshakes are half off and to die for! You can basically get whatever you want on your burger and they’re delicious every time. The staff is also very friendly.
The outdoor seating area was fantastic! The food was tasty and we had great service. We did not have to wait at all for a table. I highly recommend the chachos as an appetizer. If you are at the Galleria this restaurant is definitely worth checking out.
Nice place! Depending on your timing the wait can be longer to get a table. I've never had a problem waiting for a table though because they have plenty of room and seating options in the bar area to grab a beer or wine and relax. The food is very good. The garlic fries are fantastic. Beer selection is very good and has some unique and harder to find brews. Some really unique burgers on the menu, as well as good choices for kids. Service has always been very attentive and consistent while here.
settled in the galleria this burger joint does not disappoint. they have a create your own burger just like burgatory along with milkshakes. cooked to your liking and very prompt service adds to the encounter youll have here. highly recommend giving it a go

I love the look of the place, with it's south western theme, it really brings out the place. It's food is also really good. The service is pretty fast, and I haven't experienced problems with any of the employees. I do want to note, BRGR is a very popular spot during homecoming dance. Somehow I went on the exact day, but just as a precaution. Other than that specifically, BRGR is an amazing western styled restaurant that has quick service and even better food. I would 100% recommend going.
