I work close and been here over 100 times. Regular chipotle, but looks understaffed. Online orders come out late ( at least 10 min wait most of the times), and sometimes they messed up the online order but overall a good place to grab lunch.
PAY YOUR WORKERS MORE. Seriously, the food is fine, place is clean, and the staff are nice, but they’re constantly understaffed and go through employees quickly. Maybe if the higher ups actually paid these folks more they wouldn’t be having these hiring and short staffing problems. It’s ridiculous, but I don’t blame the workers. They’re doing their best. But my god the wait times are often ridiculously long because there’s just not enough people working.
My experience at this Chipotle was wonderful! I drove 45 minutes and it was my first time at this location. I had two separate orders and the employees were very kind, fast, and efficient, even though my orders were complicated. I would definitely eat here again!
Service was very quick, although the line was very long. The food was delicious and the staff were very nice! It was fairly clean, but some tables were dirty. It's understandable given the large number of people eating then.
Make your own burrito, salad or rice bowl. Add what goes in it from the type of rice to the meat and toppings. Pretty cheap for the quality of food.
My first time at Chipotle and it's really not my thing. It's cool that you can make your own burrito, salad, or bowl. But personally I was not a fan of the salsa and white rice (way too salty for me). Service was great and quick! Just not for my food palate.
