This dunks is my go to! My favorite! John knows how to make a coffee, my coffee �! A long with a couple others. Most of the workers deal with me and my crazy best friend when we come through and jokes around too which is awesome. Just wish as much as I do come through, they'd remember my coffee so I don't have to take a deep breath to tell them it lol. Thanks guys!

My favorite dunkin in the Berkshires. Most D and Ds will mess up your order well not Dunkin on Dalton Ave. I'm in love with munchkin, it's a love hate thing because they are soaked in sugar.
I've been going to this dunkin for the last 10 years and watched people come and go but had the pleasure of knowing them and enjoying their service. Everyone there is amazing and already know what I'm gonna get the minute they see me coming. Literally my favorite dunkin
They know me. I just pull up to the drive through and 8 out of 10 times already know my order.
I love Dunkin. I feel sorry for the workers, no one wants to work, so they often work alone, and it makes wait time longer.
pretty decent store the staff is a hit or miss with politeness. and just like any fast food the orders have been wrong now and again.. they have always been quick to correct their mistakes and of course apologize.. the inside of the store is always clean and they have even tried to keep their dinning room open with social distancing precautions
Good customer service and always good coffee depending on location and time. But in the morning the coffee and food is always nice and fresh. Also the drive thru line moved very quickly and was minimal wait time especially for the early morning hours.
Always a get stop to get a ice coffee.
Great service and speed, food has only came out wrong a couple times, and was quickly and politely remade with no issues.
