Visited on 8/10/23 while in town overnight.
First off, the two staff there were on their own and working their tails off in the face of numerous customers and no additional support. They were quick to greet me and everyone else walking in while being honest about waits and limits.
Even with the shortage of staff, I was in and out in 15 minutes with a pound of boneless wings with blue cheese and celery; and, mozzarella sticks. Both of which were really good!
I would recommend visiting and would return for both the good service and quality of the food.
First time here. In town for business and found this spot to stop for lunch. The owner was incredibly friendly to us. Greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome when we walked in. I ordered two slices which came with a free fountain drink. I got the regular pepperoni and then a cheese slice with sweet sauce. Both were fantastic. I really liked the sweet sauce slice and would recommend trying it although I know it isn’t for everyone. The pepperoni was delicious as well. Huge slices. The pricing is very reasonable too! Four slices and two drinks for less than $15! The interior is nice and clean with plenty of sports memorabilia to look at. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good slice of pizza made by good people.

Absolutely one of the best Stromboli's I've ever eaten. Got it to go, but couldn't help but notice the great atmosphere at the restaurant and awesome employees who represent your community so well. If in the area I will be back.
Decent pizza at a great price. I get one of their 2 pizzas and a fountain drink deals they offer. For 2 2+ toppings and a fountain soda for less then $9.00 how can you beat that? Slices are big. After both slices and the drink you're definitely full
This place has great pizza. I pretty much got exclusively pizza by the slice for their 2 slices and a soda special. They warm the pizza in the oven for a few minutes and the bottom get crunchy like a good NY style should be. Definitely will go again.
Food is fantastic! I've had a lot of different things from there and haven't been disappointed yet. The staff is super nice, the owner is amazing! Cute place with plenty of seating. Not a long wait for my take out order. Highly recommend!!

This is my first time here and it was great!!! The wings were amazing Stromboli and loaded friends were perfect so much food!!! Great server and the cook was nice asked how everything was!!! Definitely will be back!!!
To start off I have to acknowledge the service, it was excellent. They took the time to talk and explain the menu and even though it's a fairly basic menu, there still was some questions. They refilled my beverage even though its not a full service restaurant type and made friendly conversation. The owner was there as well and he interacted with all the customers.. it was nothing short of awesome. Now the food, I ordered the 2 slices of pepperoni special with a drink, an order or wings and half a Philly cheese steak. Absolutely delicious, and fresh and hot.. NY and Chicago better start looking at PA as a competitor because this man's pizza was that good and so was the wings and sammy. Thank you for your service and I'll definitely be back every time I come here.
Prices were great, pizza was HUGE and delicious! Fries were also amazing. I do wish there was other drink sizes than standard just because it was way too big for the kids. But very clean, very kind staff, and very fast service.
Very good pizza. I got 2 slices of the ham, pineapple and jalapenos. I think it's from their Colossal size pizza (24" they cut for individual slice sale). It came included with a fountain drink, but I opted for a beer. Very good selection of beers in bottles and cans. No drafts beer. I ate one slice, the other I took back to the hotel room. Very good. I would recommend and I would return when I'm in the area again.

We were traveling home from a wedding in Connecticut. We randomly stopped off the highway in Pittston. When we walked into Uncle Joe’s the first thing we saw was two rows of massive NY style pizzas with various toppings. The young man at the counter was very friendly and told us about the 2 slices and drink special. We had the Broccoli with white sauce slice which was fantastic. The meatlovers slice was excellent as well. We also had two slices of the plane cheese pizza. I was really impressed on how Uncle Joes was able to make a NY crust chewy and crispy at the same time. I also had their version Italian sandwich easily in the top five I ever had! The staff was welcoming and the restaurant was very clean especially the kitchen. Me and my wife are service industry vets and unfortunately it makes us very critical patrons. Uncle Joes pizza does not disappoint. The owner was kind and friendly. My only complaint is that Uncle Joe’s Pizza is 370 miles away from our home. It would be our go to pizza spot.
