I have visited this location several times and have always had a pleasant experience both in terms of service and food. Today I placed an online order, which was remarkably easy to do through their 3rd party provider. The order got home and was missing 2 side orders. I called the restaurant and spoke with Katia and made arrangements to drive back in to pick them up. When I got there Katia came out to meet me, apologized profusely (which come on, stuff happens and the bag should have been checked by us) and then proceeded to not only provide me with the missing sides but she also gave me 2 VIP cards for future meals AND wait for it....a bag of chocolate chip cookies! That is class A service in my book.
We've been several times since this location opened and have always had great service and food

Today was my first time trying McAlister's. I now understand why my friends swear by your tea!!. Your sweetened peach tea and tuna sandwich on the croissant bun were both delicious, and the staff was very helpful and friendly on my first trip.

I am so happy to finally have McAlister's in Plainfield! Hubby and I have been here quite a few times and haven't had a bad experience. The food is always fresh and hot, love the chicken and dumpling soup. Service is good for sit down or take out. Love the tea and cookies too!
Simply delicious. The place looks great. So were the employees, T was alot of fun (the female employee) but also, who doesn't love their sweet tea? Keep it up!!!
The service was quick and friendly. The entire place was clean. I highly recommend. I had a large sweet tea, half a salad and half chicken club… the food was excellent!!
Very nice place to eat. The food looked amazing from what I seen. Just wish staff were more attentive when they see someone standing at the counter. I waited 5 minutes before I was even greeted.
