My favorite Thai place in Central New Jersey. Wait staff if super attentive, even when it is very busy. I've been a regular at this restaurant for close to a year now. Food is delicious!

Rhong-Tiam is my absolutely favorite Thai food restaurant in central NJ. I cannot believe some of the other reviews. This restaurant serves delicious thai food. My fiance and I go just about every weekend. We have brought many friends and family members with us with great success, they all loved the food. In fact, they ask us how soon can we go back to Rhong-Tiam. Our favorite dishes include Roti Canai, Summer Rolls, Lettuce Wraps, Tom-Kha Soup, ChuChi Duck, Basil Beef, Pad Kee Mao, Thai Chili Shrimp, Masamman Curry and a few others. We have tried many thai restaurants in NJ and Manhattan but, we continue to go back to Rhong-Tiam, it is one of our most favorite restaurants in NJ. I would highly recommend this place. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. It is great for a casual dinner or a dinner worthy of a celebration. Enjoy!!!

We ordered vegeterian curries and rice, the food was very fresh, and tasted just like how it would at an upscale restaurant in a metro city. Service was ably conducted by lovely Thai ladies. They provided a high chair for our two-year-old child. Price is nominal, but considering the location of the restaurant as part of a nice hotel and the quality of the food and service, I guess one has to pay well for good stuff.

This place is amazing. The dumplings and Thai shumai were top notch and fresh. The Tom yum soup has a nice spice to it. The pad Kee mao was the most flavorful my wife and I have ever had in our 50+ years.i had the Thai chili chicken ordered extra spicy was amazing, the spicy level was high for me, just as I like it. We will definitely be back....often

My husband already gave a rave review, but it bears repeating. It was the most flavorful Thai food I've had in my life and I've had a lot of Thai food! I also want to add that our server was extremely sweet, personable and attentive. We will definitely be back. We have a tradition of going for Thai on my birthday. I know where we are going next year and the years after. My birthday is in March so of course there is no way I can wait to go back until THEN lol! We live over 30 minutes away, but we will be back before then, hopefully MANY more times!

The food is so interesting and inventive, not to mention delicious! We added wine pairings each time - the wines were described to us in detail for each course and the pairings were right on the mark.

Good food and great service! Had the Chu Chee Duck which was superb. Definitely one of the best Thai food in Princeton area. The Rhong Tiam fried rice was okay, may try the basil fried rice next!

We no longer live in Plainsboro but just this week my wife & I were discussing how much we miss the chicken lettuce wraps from Rhong-Tiam and her favorite dish, the chicken pad thai. Funny, it was after we had a very bland meal at our local P.F. Chang's that we began to reminisce. You can't beat the quality of the food and the flavors of Rhong-Tiam.

Pretty authentic thai dish. Among the four dishes we ordered, patseewu (with beef) was the best. The sauce was very flavorful, ingredients were fresh, and the noodles were very soft. Another recommended dish is the soup with coconut milk. Not spicy, soft taste, fresh seafood. Red curry was not bad, but green curry seems to taste better.
