Great sushi and a friendly chef as well. Lots of creative options for those who don't just want rolls or the standard options everyone else has.

Shiro literally could not get better. The sushi is outstandigly fresh, prepped, and delicious. Coming from the north east, my view on sushi quality is beyond standard, and this place puts some Boston sushi to shame. The staff makes you feel like family, and are extremely welcoming to all new guests. You are missing out if you don't put aside an evening to experience their quality seafood!

Excellent place to have a dinner. The "pay day" roll is awsome. You can seat near the cooker and see how your dish is prepared (teppanyaki). The hostess is a really nice lady, always open to have a little chat, given you a welcome with a wide smile in her face. Also the customer service is exceptional, the staff remembers you so every time you go back they receive you by name or asking about your family. It is not a fancy place but the service will make you go back for sure.

Amazing quality sushi and maybe the largest variety of rolls I've seen. Nice decor and quite so you can have a conversation without shouting. Definitely in my top 5 sushi spots in the U.S.

Best sushi by far in the area! Great value, great service, large amount of choices. I go out of my way to go to Shiro and I've never been anything but very happy with the entire experience!

My favorite in the DFW area, by far. Staff is fantastic and will put a smile on your face, and the 8 piece sushi/sashimi combo is actually enough protein for me to call it a meal! Great taste, great service.

The lunch specials were amazing! I had the Tempura California and the Philadelphia! AMAZING! My husband always orders the Godzilla!!! It is delicious and definitely a must try.
