Food was good, condiment bar was a bit dirty, but I enjoyed my meal for one simple reason. SERVICE. I was greeted at the door, promptly offered service, checked twice for refills or anything else while I was at the table, and thanked as I was leaving. Wow... ill definately be back for that. Clean up that condiment bar and its a well earned 5 stars.
We came here today, April 14th and it was pretty good. Food flavor was good, but the service was a little slower than usual. The lady that took our order was simultaneously also processing food, wrapping things up, bagging stuff and working the drive thru window. I'd imagine germs were spread all over and person to person, inside and out.
Gloves do no good if you do multiple job duties and don't put on clean gloves after each task.
Good American Mexican resturant, dishes get little more vegetable than tacobell. If you eat in there is a salsa bar with little more veggie options so it is nice. Good place to grab quick bite.
It's Taco Bueno -- same as it's always been. Very average taco meat, in fact, it has onions in it, which is odd for a fast-food style Taco joint. They're minced and very small, but if you don't like onion or are allergic to them, don't get anything with taco meat. The cheesecake chimi's are about the only reason to go to Taco Bueno, IMO. Oh, on a positive note, the onion in the meat is semi-quasi-maybe a little bit hidden and unnoticable on the enchiladas because they're covered with pretty yummy chili and queso. I'm only taking off one-star, because I am sure some people love this place and it's not terrible. It's just not my cuppa tea, as they say. This is not a negative post, just an informative one.
